3.1 Single-station daily rainfall grade
The daily rainfall grade of a single station is based on the daily rainfall of the station, see Table 1.

This standard applies to the forecast, service and scientific research of rainfall process. 2 Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 Rainfall process The entire evolution process of the occurrence, development and end of rainfall. 2.2 Rainfall rainfall The accumulated depth on the horizontal surface of rain that falls from the sky to the ground without evaporation, infiltration and loss in a certain period of time. 2.3 Daily rainfall Daily rainfall The accumulated rainfall within 24 hours of a day. 3 Single-station rainfall process level 3.1 Single-station daily rainfall level The daily rainfall level of a single station is based on the daily rainfall of the station, see Table 1. The stations in the region include national ground meteorological observation stations at or above the county level and regional automatic stations. The regional daily rainfall level is based on the daily rainfall level of a single station and is determined according to the percentage of stations that reach a certain level in the region, see Table 2. If different level standards are met at the same time, the regional daily rainfall level is determined according to the strongest level.
