GB1446 General principles for performance test methods of fiber reinforced plastics 3 Exposure parts
3.1 The exposure parts used for atmospheric exposure test can be directly used as specimens, specimen plates or real objects. 3.2 The specimens should comply with the provisions of GB1446.
3.3 The size of the sample plate is calculated according to the size and quantity required by the performance test, plus an additional 20-30mm for the edge. 3.4 The actual object should meet the requirements of the exposure field, and the sample processing method should be specified. 3.5 Before the exposure test, the exposure pieces should be sampled according to the performance requirements, and the initial performance should be measured under the standard environment. Then, the release amount should be determined according to the requirements of the release years and the number of comparison groups. It is recommended to calculate it according to twice the release exposure amount, that is, half of it is used for exposure test and the other half is used for indoor storage test. After a certain period of aging, both are sampled at the same time and the performance is measured under the same conditions for indoor and outdoor performance comparison. 3.6 Unless otherwise specified, each group of exposure pieces shall not be less than 5. 3.7 In addition to being of the same batch, the exposure pieces should also be randomly sampled and grouped. 4. Exposure field
4.1 The exposure field should be selected in a representative climate type or a place similar to the actual use environment conditions. 4.2 The surroundings of the exposure field should be flat and not affected by tall objects. If there are obstacles around, the distance should be more than three times the height of the obstacle. 4.3 The exposure site should maintain the local natural vegetation state, with grass as the main ground, and the grass height should not exceed 30cm. If there is snow accumulation, do not destroy it artificially.
4.4 The exposure site is allowed to be set up on the roof platform of the building, but the material used for the roof platform must be stated in the test report. 4.5 When setting up the exposure site, meteorological observation instruments should be set up at the same time and observations should be carried out. The installation of relevant meteorological instruments and observation methods shall be carried out in accordance with the "Ground Meteorological Observation Specifications" and "Solar Observation Specifications" issued by the Central Meteorological Bureau. If there is a meteorological observatory (station) near the exposure site, its observation data can be directly used.
Atmospheric meteorological data should include: temperature (average, maximum, minimum), air pressure, relative humidity, total precipitation, average wind speed, sunshine hours, sunshine percentage, horizontal solar total radiation, ground surface temperature (average, maximum, minimum), monthly and annual average values (or cumulative values) of acid rain.
Approved by the State Bureau of Building Materials Industry on March 17, 1989, and implemented on December 1, 1989
GB2573-89
Exposure sites in special environments may add observation items as required. 4.6 The comparative exposure pieces shall be stored in a room near the exposure site without direct sunlight. 5 Exposure rack and exposure piece fixing methodbzxz.net
The exposure rack is used to place the exposure pieces. The structure is shown in the figure below. 1 Hole for fixing the sample (4mm), 2 Two angle steels (30mm×30mm×3mm) are welded into type 1 (the rest of the rack materials are all welded with angle steels 40mm×40mm×4mm) a Exposure angle, A-the distance from the lowest side to the ground, B-the horizontal depth of the rack, iKAONrKAca-
H-the distance from the highest side to the ground, L-the width of the rack 5.2 The exposure rack can be made of aluminum alloy or glass fiber reinforced plastic profiles. The structure is simple, firm and durable, can withstand the maximum local wind force, and is fixed to the ground.
5.3 The distance between the lowest edge of the exposed rack surface and the ground and the roof shall not be less than: Grass ground exposure field
Roof exposure field
5.4 The exposure rack surface is oriented to the south. The inclination angle between the rack surface and the horizontal (i.e., the exposure angle) should be equal to the geographical latitude of the site. It is also allowed to use 45°, with an accuracy of ±1
5.5 The row spacing of the exposed racks is more than 1.5m in the area south of 35° north latitude, and more than 2.5m in the area north of 35° north latitude, with the principle of not shading each other. 5.6 The exposed parts are fixed on the exposed rack surface with insulating white porcelain bottles or other suitable parts. The tightness should be moderate and should not have a harmful effect on them. When fixed by other means, the upper and lower ends should be fixed on the exposed rack surface without stress, and the length of the two ends covered should not exceed one tenth of the total length of the specimen, and its working part should not be covered. 5.7 The exposed parts do not change the exposed surface and do not have a back plate. 2
GB2573-89
5.8 The distance between the upper and lower rows of exposed pieces shall be at least 10mm. 5.9 The number of the exposed piece shall be written in the upper left corner of the back with paint that is not easy to peel off or hung on the corresponding position of the exposure rack. 5.10 The actual object can be exposed according to the actual use requirements. 6 Test steps
6.1 Before the exposure test, check the initial appearance of the exposed piece (such as color, gloss, fiber exposure, cracks, holes, bubbles, etc.). Test the initial performance as required.
6.2 The time for releasing the exposed piece is preferably in the season when the local temperature and relative humidity are both high every year, and other seasons can also be selected according to specific requirements.
6.3 The fixing method of the exposed piece shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5. 6.4 The testing age of the exposed piece is generally not less than 5 years. Sampling can be carried out according to the following ages (years): 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10... 6.5 During the first two years of the exposure test, the exposed parts shall be visually inspected once a month. The inspection interval may be appropriately extended thereafter, but at least once every six months. Before inspection, the surface may be gently wiped with a brush or soft yarn ball. If there is too much dust, the surface may be gently wiped with a wet yarn ball, but it shall not be washed in water.
6.6 After exposure to the specified age, the exposed parts shall be visually inspected. The processing of samples from sample plates or physical objects shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 1 of GB1446. If water is used for cooling during processing, it shall be wiped dry in time. 6.7 Before testing the performance according to the test requirements, the samples to be tested shall be conditioned according to the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB1446. Otherwise, it shall be stated in the test report.
6.8 Sampling is not allowed on rainy days. If it rains, the sampling time shall be appropriately postponed. The exposure parts shall not exceed 5 days from sampling to completion of the test. During this period, they can be stored indoors near the exposure site. 6.9 When testing performance related to appearance, the state of the test surface should be stated; when testing bending or impact performance, the exposed surface of the sample should be used as the pressure surface or impact surface.
7 Result calculation
7.1 Calculate the arithmetic mean and standard deviation of each group of samples in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 of GB1446. 7.2 The performance retention rate is calculated according to the following formula, retaining two significant figures: R.
Where: R: Performance retention rate after exposure for i years, %, X. ——The arithmetic mean of the initial performance of the sample; X100
x——The arithmetic mean of the performance of each group of samples after exposure for i years. 8 Test report
