revision. In terms of writing and expression rules, according to the provisions of GB/T1.1-1993, the content of the original standard has been adjusted and rearranged, and the "Foreword, * Referenced Standards" chapter has been added. The original standard's alternating damp heat test is in accordance with JB839-66 " This standard is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2423.4-1993 "Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products Test Db: Alternating Heat Test Method". The test severity level adopts a high temperature of 55°C. Products with different rated voltages adopt different test cycles. The product cycle with rated voltage below 72.5kV is 2d, and the product cycle with rated voltage 72.5kV and above is 6d. The rated power frequency withstand voltage test and Mechanical performance test, the post-test inspection item canceled the "insulation resistance" measurement, and reduced the short-time power frequency withstand voltage value under low temperature and high humidity conditions to 75% of the dry withstand voltage: original standard\mold growth test" project The test is carried out in accordance with JB840-66 Test Method for Toxins in Electrical Products. This standard is tested in accordance with the provisions of GB2423.16-1990 "Basic Environmental Testing Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products Test J: Mold Growth Test Method", and stipulates the number of test samples, test Period and qualification criteria; This standard adds salt testing items and stipulates the number of test samples, test duration and qualification criteria
This standard will be implemented from December 1, 1998. Effective date, replacing JB832-66. This standard is proposed and centralized by the National High Voltage Switchgear Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by: Xi'an High Voltage Electrical Equipment Research Institute. The drafter of this standard: Fu Chaowa.
