4.1 Smelting
Alloy tool steel should be smelted by electric furnace or other methods. 4.2 Forging
4.2.1 The bone opening and water opening of each steel ingot should be sufficiently removed to ensure that there are no shrinkage holes and serious segregation inside the forging. 4.2.2 Forgings should be fully forged.
4.3 Heat treatment
Forgings should be delivered in an annealed state.
