Under packaging conditions, the test shall be able to withstand the bumping test without damage. The hardness tester after bumping shall still comply with the requirements of this standard without adjustment or repair. 5 Test method 5.1 The test shall be carried out under the conditions specified in Article 4.1 of this standard. 5.2 Inspection tools and measuring instruments Vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm; HG/T2072-91 Universal tool microscope with a magnification greater than 30 times and an accuracy of 0.001mm; projector; a set of standard rubber hardness blocks (six blocks of 30~85IRHD); microhardness tester: hardness value display calibration bracket; pressure sensor with an accuracy of ±0.05%F·S; surface roughness comparison sample; dial indicator.
5.3 Indenter measurement deviation test
Place the indenter under a universal tool microscope or energy projector, and check each item according to the requirements of 4.3.1, d, and ". Repeat each point a
three times. Any measurement result should meet the requirements of 4.3.1 a, d, and ". b.
The surface roughness comparison with the sample block should meet the requirements of 4.3.1 b. The indenter hardness tested with a microhardness tester should meet the requirements of 4.2.1 c. The measurement with a caliper according to the requirements of 4.2.1 c should meet the requirements. d.
5.4 Test of pressure foot size deviation
Use a universal tool microscope to measure the inner and outer diameters of the pressure foot, and repeat three times. Any measurement result should meet the requirements of 4.4,
5.5 Test for deviation of sample platform size
Measure with a caliper according to requirement a in Article 4.5, and the result shall meet the requirements; a.
Comparison of surface roughness with the comparison sample block shall meet the requirements b in Article 4.5, b.
.5.6 Test for indication error
Use international rubber hardness standard blocks within the validity period to test the hardness meter, and the indication error of the hardness meter shall meet the requirements b in Article 4.2.
5.7 Test for contact force, indentation force and total force error Pull out the pressure foot, place the pressure sensor on the sample platform, and make the pressure head contact with the sensor so that the pressure head applies contact force, E manpower and total force to the sensor, and record their values respectively. Repeat three times, and the value measured each time shall meet the requirements a, b and c in Article 4.7. 5.8 Test for pressure foot force error||tt ||Pull out the pressure foot, fix the pressure sensor on the horizontal bracket, align the force point of the sensor with the center of the sample platform, then raise the sample platform to make it contact the sensor, measure the pressure of the pressure foot, repeat three times, each result should meet the requirements of 4.7 d, 5.9 Appearance and electrical performance test
Perform according to the general requirements of GB2611
5.10 Transport frequency resistance test
After the product is packaged, use a truck to run 200km on a third-class highway at a speed of 30-40km/h. After testing according to the requirements of this standard without adjustment, it should meet the requirements.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each hardness tester must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department and accompanied by quality certification documents before it can leave the factory. 6.2 Test items
6.2.1 Hardness There are two types of scoring: factory test and type test: a.
Factory test is carried out one by one according to 4.2~4.8; type test is carried out by sampling according to 4.2~4.9, b.
6.2.2 Type test is carried out in the following situations: HG/T2072-91
. New products produced by trial production (including old products converted); b. When there are major changes in the design process or the materials used and the supporting components of the product; c. Regular spot checks are carried out on batch-produced products; d
When the quality of similar products is evaluated
6.2.3 Sampling:
Regular spot checks are carried out for type tests, generally once a year, and no less than 2 units are checked each time. 6.2.4 Judgment rules
If there are unqualified items in the hardness tester of the factory test, it can be repaired and re-tested. If there are still unqualified items, it is judged a:
The product is unqualified;
b. Type test is carried out on products that have passed the factory test. If there is one unqualified unit in the random inspection, it can be repaired once: If there are two unqualified units in the same item, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified products. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Each hardness tester is marked with a nameplate, which includes: product name, model, factory date, factory number, manufacturer name. 7.2 The hardness tester should be firmly fixed in the packaging box to ensure that it does not move in any direction during transportation. 7.3 Marking outside the packaging box
Manufacturer name, product name, model and factory number: b.-Collection unit and address;
Box size, gross weight and words such as "upward" and "handle gently". 7.4 Random Documents
Packing Documents:
Instruction Manual;
Product Certificate.
