The special gauges for hexagonal flower size in this standard adopt the provisions recommended by the draft standard of ISO/TC29/SC10N261, and the hexagonal flower test holes for torque test also adopt the provisions recommended by the draft standard. This standard adds a total of ten specifications of hexagonal flower screwdrivers, T6~T27, T45~T50, and makes corresponding provisions. In order to adapt to the provisions of GB10635 and GB10636 that have been formulated, this standard adopts the relevant contents of the two standards. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are prompt appendices. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry General Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. This standard specifies the types, basic dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of hexagon spline screwdrivers.
This standard applies to hexagon spline screwdrivers, but does not include hexagon spline screwdrivers for live working. 2 Referenced standards

The shank should be heat treated as a whole, and the hardness should not be less than 48HRC. 4.1

4.5 Appearance quality
The appearance quality of the hexalobular screwdriver shall comply with the provisions of Articles 3.1 and 3.2 of GB/T10635-89. 5 Test method
5.1 Rod hardness test shall comply with the provisions of GB/T230. 5.2 The basic dimensions of the working end of the screw rod shall be checked with a special gauge (see Appendix A for special gauges). 5.3 Magnetic test

6.1 Products shall be shipped only after passing the inspection and shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 6.2 The delivery inspection of products shall be carried out in accordance with the secondary sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. 6.3 The classification of non-conforming products, inspection items, qualified quality level (AQL) and inspection level (IL) shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5.
