This standard is applicable to the test of voltage regulator for various types of magneto (except aviation). Reference standards JB/T6022.1 Voltage regulator for magneto: Technical conditions 3 Test conditions 3.1 Unless otherwise specified, the test conditions shall comply with the following provisions: a. Temperature: 18~28℃; b. Relative humidity: 45%~75%; c. Atmospheric pressure: 86~106kPa. JB/T6022.2-1992 3.2 During factory inspection, the accuracy of the instrument used shall not be lower than Class 1; during type inspection, it shall not be lower than Class 0.5. During inspection, an electric or electromagnetic AC voltmeter shall be used. 4 Test methods 4.1 Factory inspection The product shall be inspected in accordance with the factory inspection items specified in Article 4.1.1 of JB/T6022.1. Appearance and installation dimension inspection Appearance: According to the requirements of Article 3.4 of JB/T6022.1, use visual inspection method to inspect: a. b. Installation dimension: Check according to the requirements of the product drawing. Voltage regulation performance inspection Install the voltage regulator on the magneto test bench, and the test conditions are as follows: a. The test wiring diagram is shown in Figure 1 according to the product type; b. The lighting coil is connected to the load specified in Table 2 of JB/T6022.1 (it can be replaced by a non-inductive resistor of equivalent resistance); the battery is fully charged; c. d. The cross-sectional area of the wiring wire is not less than 0.5mm2, and the length of each wire is not more than 800mm. After the regulator works stably for 5 minutes, use the voltmeter specified in the wiring diagram to measure the voltage between the lighting coil lead-out terminal and the ground and the voltage at both ends of the battery. The speed and voltage value should meet the requirements of Article 3.5 of JB/T6022.1. When the product is fixed with a clamp, the natural frequency of the clamp should be more than twice the test frequency; the measurement point for measuring acceleration should be selected near the fixed position of the product. Sine wave vibration is calculated according to formula (1): a=0.0392Af Where: a- acceleration, m/s2; A amplitude, mm; f vibration frequency, Hz. The shock test bench should generate the product's shock load within the calculated pulse width of 1~10ms, and the accuracy of the product's vibration and shock acceleration is ±20%. After the product vibration and shock test, the inspection of Articles 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 should be repeated. 4.2.2 High temperature test According to the requirements of Article 3.2a of JB/T6022.1, place the regulator in a high temperature box and connect it to the magneto test bench according to the wiring diagram in Article 4.1.2. When the temperature of the high temperature box reaches and remains at 80±2℃, the magneto runs continuously at 80% of the maximum speed for 1 hour, and then immediately repeat the inspection of Article 4.1.2, then take the regulator out of the high temperature box and repeat the inspection of Article 4.1.1. 4.2.3 Low temperature test JB/T6022.2-1992 Put the regulator in a low temperature box. In the non-working state, when the low temperature box reaches the low temperature of -40±3℃ specified in Article 3.2a of JB/T6022.1, keep it for 2 hours, and repeat the inspections of Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.1 within 2 minutes. 4.2.4 Damp heat test According to the requirements of Article 3.2b of JB/T6022.1, put the product into a constant temperature and humidity chamber. When not in operation, the temperature reaches 50±2℃ and the humidity reaches 90%~95%. After maintaining for 1 hour, repeat the inspections of Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.1 within 2 minutes. 4.2.5 Temperature shock test When not in operation, put the regulator into a low temperature chamber at -40±3℃ and maintain for 1 hour according to the requirements of Article 3.6 of JB/T6022.1. Then move it to a high temperature chamber at 80±2℃ within 3 minutes and maintain for 1 hour. The above process is one cycle. A total of 5 cycles are performed. After the last cycle, restore the regulator to room temperature and repeat the inspections of Articles 4.1.1 and 4.1.2. 4.2.6 Overspeed test The regulator is connected to the magneto test bench according to the wiring diagram of Article 4.1.2. Under no load or minimum load, according to the requirements of Article 3.7 of JB/T6022.1, the regulator works continuously for 3 minutes at 1.2 times the maximum speed of the magneto, and repeats the inspection of Article 4.1.2 after the test. 4.2.7 Water spray test According to the requirements of Article 3.8 of JB/T6022.1, the product is placed on the water spray test bench in the normal working position in the non-working state, with the diameter of the water holes 1mm, the number of holes 100, the water spray range 250mm, the water flow rate greater than 0.01m/min, and the water spray distance 1m. After 24 hours of watering, wipe off the surface water marks and repeat the inspection of Article 4.1.2. 4.2.8 Endurance test (strengthening test) The regulator is connected to the magneto test bench according to the wiring diagram of Article 4.1.2 and placed in a constant temperature box maintained at 65±2℃. The load is no load or minimum load. The equipped magneto works continuously for 100 hours at 80% of the maximum speed. After the test, restore the regulator to normal temperature and repeat the inspection of Article 4.1.2.
