This standard specifies the structural type, specifications and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of three-in-one hydrochloric acid synthesis furnaces made of round block impermeable graphite materials. This standard applies to stone-made three-in-one hydrochloric acid synthesis furnaces (hereinafter referred to as three-in-one furnaces) that use nitrogen, hydrogen, water or dilute hydrochloric acid as raw materials and integrate synthesis, absorption and cooling processes to produce hydrochloric acid. 2 Reference standards

Technical requirements
4.1 Design parameters.
4.1.1 Design pressure

Cooling system: ≤0.3MPa

Graphite body ≤150℃
Hydrochloric acid outlet: ≤50℃
Cooling water outlet: 40℃
4.2 Materials
The properties of the steel shell and stone materials used shall comply with the provisions of 3.1 and 3.2 of HG2370. 4.2.1
4.2.2 The graphite furnace body is impregnated with phenolic resin. 4.2.3 The explosion-proof membrane can be made of impermeable stone or other corrosion-resistant materials. The explosion pressure of the explosion-proof membrane is 0.5 times the design pressure of the material system of the synthesis furnace.
4.3 Parts
The processing of graphite parts shall comply with the provisions of 3.2 of HG2370. The diameter deviation of each sealing surface of the graphite parts is ±0.5mm, and the parallelism deviation of each sealing surface of the stone wing parts is 0.5mm. The verticality deviation of the stone parts is ±0.5mm. 4.3.3
4.3.4 The center distance deviation of two adjacent holes in the same direction on the graphite unit block is ±0.5mm, and the center distance deviation of any two holes in the same direction is ±1.0mm. 4.3.5 The concentricity of the two ends of the same hole of the graphite unit block is not greater than 1.0mm. 4.3.6 The blocking rate of the graphite unit block: only the cooling medium hole is allowed to be blocked, and the blocking rate should not be greater than 1%. After blocking, the cooling medium hole area is not less than the material medium hole area.

4.3.7 The height deviation of the V-shaped cut of the distributor is not greater than ±0.5mm. 4.3.8 The whole stone parts shall be subjected to a single water pressure test before assembly, and no leakage shall be allowed. . Assembly
4.4.1 The assembly shall comply with the provisions of 3.3.3 of HG2370. 4.4.2 The distributor must be installed perpendicular to the surface of the absorbent block, and the lower line of the V-shaped cut must be on the same water level. After the absorber is installed, a water addition test must be carried out to adjust the height of the V-shaped cut. 4.4.3 The horizontal deviation of the distributor plate is ±1mm. 4.5 Appearance
4.5.1 The weld of the steel shell shall be polished and smooth, and there shall be no defects such as burrs, bumps, etc.; the paint film shall be firm and uniform, and there shall be no defects such as missing coating, bubbling, peeling, etc. that affect the appearance.
4.5.2 After the equipment is assembled, the exposed graphite body shall not have defects such as falling blocks and resin tumors that affect the appearance. 4.8 After assembly, a water pressure test must be carried out, and all parts bonding and sealing parts shall not leak. 4.7 In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, manufacturing shall also comply with the requirements of the drawings. 5 Test methods
5.1 The physical and mechanical properties of the material shall be tested in accordance with the methods specified in 4.1 to 4.4 of HG2370. 5.2 The horizontality of the liquid separation plate shall be checked with a level. 5.3 The geometric dimensions of the equipment shall be measured with a steel measuring tool. 5.4 The water pressure test pressure of the stone-shaped parts shall be 1.5 times the design pressure and the pressure shall be maintained for 30 minutes. 5.5 The overall water pressure test shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in 4.5 of HG2370. 5.8 The appearance shall be inspected by visual inspection.
6 Inspection rules
The inspection rules for synthesis furnace equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 of HG2370. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, compensation and storage
7.1 Marking, packaging and transportation shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 of HG2370. 7.2 When storing, appropriate places should be selected and obvious signs should be placed to avoid impact. It is strictly forbidden to flood or store water in the equipment. It is not allowed to be stored for a long time in a high temperature or low temperature environment below -30℃. Additional remarks:
