All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts and collaborative parts must have a certificate of conformity before they can be assembled. 4.3 The magnetic separator should work normally under the following conditions: the particle size of the material is less than 2mm, and the specific magnetic susceptibility is between 25×10-~300×10-*cm*/g; a. The moisture content of the material is not more than 1%; The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40℃. 4.4 The magnetic disk, magnetic pole core and pole palm should be made of cast electrical pure iron ZGDT3, and the castings shall not have defects such as sand holes and pores. 4.5 The polarity of two adjacent magnetic poles in the magnetic system should be different, see Figure 1 and Figure 2. Figure 1 4.6 The coil must be subjected to a withstand voltage test for 1min at a rated frequency of 50Hz and a test voltage of 1500V, without breakdown or flickering. 4.7 The insulation level of the coil should not be lower than Class B in GB1497. 4.8 After the permanent magnetic feeder is assembled, there shall be no friction between the barrel skin and the magnetic pole. The performance parameters of the magnetic block shall not be lower than the provisions of Y25BH2 in ZBH72011. JB/T5506--91 4.9 After the feed baffle is assembled, turn the hand wheel and the baffle should rotate flexibly. 4.10 The maximum temperature of each bearing shall not exceed 65℃. 4.11 Each transmission component shall operate smoothly and the noise shall not exceed 85dB(A). 4.12 The exposed non-processed surface of the machine shall be coated with two layers of primer and two layers of gray topcoat. The total thickness of the paint film shall not be less than 74um, and the adhesion of the paint film shall not be lower than level 2 in GB1720. The paint shall be evenly applied without defects such as paint peeling, flaking, cracks and flow marks. 4.13 The magnetic separator shall have the following reliability and durability indicators: a The working time before the first overhaul shall not be less than 15,000 hours, and the service life shall not be less than 15 years. Magnetic separator complete set supply scope: Full set of mechanical parts; Electrical control part. 5 Test method 5.1 The polarity of the magnetic pole in Article 4.5 shall be checked by permanent magnet block or tolsado meter. 5.2 The withstand voltage test in Article 4.6 shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6.3 of GB998. 5.3 The requirements of Articles 4.10 and 4.11 shall be checked and measured in an idling test of not less than 4h. The machine noise shall be measured with a sound level meter at a distance of 1m from the machine and 1.5m above the ground. 5.4 The measurement of the temperature rise of the exciting coil in the table of Article 3.1 shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.3.1 of GB998 when the current is 2A. 5.5 The magnetic induction intensity shall be measured by the following method using a Tesla meter with an accuracy level not less than 2.5 and a probe with a thickness not greater than 2mm: For the measurement of the magnetic induction intensity of the permanent magnet feeder in the table of 3.1, the average value of 13a. points shall be taken at 4mm from the magnetic pole surface on the middle section of the magnetic system, as shown in Figure 2; b, for the magnetic induction intensity in the table of 3.1, it shall be measured at the tip of the magnetic disk when the current is 2A and the working gap is 3mm. When measuring, the arc length of the magnetic disk along the width of the feeder disk on the middle magnetic pole side shall be evenly divided into 10 points (see Figure 3), and the average value shall be taken. 5.6 For the painted appearance quality disk in 4.12, the paint film thickness shall be measured with a magnetic thickness gauge, and the paint film adhesion shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB1720. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Each magnetic separator must be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only leave the factory with documents proving the quality of the product. 6.2 The inspection of magnetic separators is divided into factory inspection and periodic test. 6.2.1 Each magnetic separator should be inspected and the following items should be checked: Check the polarity of the magnetic pole according to Article 4.5 Check the withstand voltage test according to Article 4.6; JB/T5506-91 Check according to Article 4.8 that the shell and the magnetic pole should not rub against each other; Check the flexibility and stability of operation according to Articles 4.9 and 4.11; Check the magnetic induction intensity, the temperature rise of the exciting wire and the induction intensity of the water magnetic feed tube according to Article 3.1; Check the appearance quality of the paint according to Article 4.12. 6.2.2 For each magnetic separator that has left the factory, select one for periodic test every three years to check whether the magnetic separator meets the requirements of this standard. 7.1 Each magnetic separator shall be equipped with a product label in a conspicuous position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of JB8 and shall indicate the following: a. Manufacturer name and trademark; Product name and model: Main technical characteristics of the product, factory number and date of manufacture. 7.2 The magnetic separator shall be packaged in a closed manner. The packaging box shall be ventilated and rainproof and meet the requirements of land and water transportation and loading. The exposed surface of the machine shall be treated with rust and corrosion prevention and wrapped with plastic film. The shelf life shall be no less than two years. 7.3 The outer wall of the packaging box should have obvious text markings, including: a Receiving unit, destination name; Contract number, product name, model: Manufacturer name and trademark; Net weight, gross weight, box number and external dimensions; Transportation signs such as lifting line, rainproof, and no inversion. 7.4 Products should be stored in a warehouse or under a shed that is ventilated, rainproof, and protected from direct sunlight. 7.5 The following technical documents are attached: General product drawing, wearing parts drawing; Product manual; Product certificate; Packing list. 8Manufacturer's guarantee 8.1 Under the condition of complying with the packaging, transportation, storage, installation and use rules specified in this standard and the product manual, the manufacturer shall ensure that the magnetic separator meets the requirements of this standard. 8.2 Within 12 months from the date of commissioning and within 18 months from the date of delivery, if the magnetic separator is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair the product or replace parts for the user free of charge.
