3.4.2 Average workload before the first failure of the seeder : Seeders matched with tractors greater than 15kW should be no less than 25hm/m, and seeders matched with tractors less than or equal to 15kW should be no less than 20hm/m. 3.5 Technical requirements for main parts
3.5.1 The shovel tip of the shovel type trencher is made of 65Mn steel specified in GB/T699, and the heat treatment hardness of the working surface of the shovel tip is 40~50HRC. It is allowed to be made of other materials with performance not inferior to the above-mentioned materials. 3.5.2 Rubber corrugated seed and fertilizer conveying pipes should be able to work normally in the temperature range of 0~40℃, and the cold brittle temperature should not be higher than -30℃. Spiral coiled seed and fertilizer conveying pipes should be made of 08F low carbon steel cold-rolled steel strips specified in YB/T5059. 4 Safety requirements
4.1 The structure of the seeder should be reasonable to ensure that there is no danger when the operator operates and maintains it according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Its safety technical requirements should comply with GB10395.9 and GB10396 Regulation. 4.2 Exposed gears and sprocket transmission devices should have strong and reliable protective covers. The protective cover should facilitate the maintenance, maintenance and observation of the machine. The paint color of the protective cover should be different from the color of the whole seeder. 4.3 Planters that require someone to operate on them during operation should be equipped with anti-slip foot pedals with a width of not less than 300mm, and a safety baffle with a height of not less than 75mm at the front end. The height of the pedals from the ground shall not be greater than 300mm. The handrails should be installed on the seed box, and the length of the footrest and handrails should be suitable for the seed box.
The loading height of 4.4 types of fertilizer boxes should not be greater than 1000mm. 4.5 There should be a fixed device when opening the fertilizer tank cover. It should not open by itself due to vibration, bumps or wind during operation. 4.6 In road transportation, the marker should not exceed the specified width of the machine. 5.1 The test of the seeder shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB9478. The operational reliability (effectiveness) of the seeder is measured according to the provisions of GB/T9478, and the average workload before the first failure is measured according to the provisions of Appendix A (Appendix of the Standard). 5.2 The seeder should be conducted with the ground wheels off the ground for an idling test. During operation, the rotation speed of the ground wheels is equivalent to the normal operating speed, and the running time is 5 to 10 minutes. Operate the lifting mechanism to raise and lower the trencher three times, and check the transmission, lifting and clutch connection parts. Each component must not be jammed, deformed or loose.
5.3 The seeder must pass the inspection by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and be accompanied by a quality certificate before leaving the factory. 5.4 The ordering unit has the right to randomly check product quality in accordance with the requirements of this standard. The sampling plan and qualified quality level (AQL) shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828.
