Shank Hexagonal Shank 22×108 or 19×108 Hexagonal Shank 22×108 or 25×108 4.2All parts (including purchased parts, cooperative parts, and standard parts) must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before they can be assembled. 4.3 The quality of investment castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7162. 4.4 The quality of steel die forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7163. 4.5 The quality of heat-treated parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7161. 4.6 The quality of machined parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7164. 4.7 The assembly quality of products shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7165. 4.8 The assembly of products shall be complete and correct, and the operation shall be flexible and reliable. The parts and components of the products shall meet the requirements of interchangeability. 4.9 The product shall operate normally under normal lubrication conditions, and all performance indicators shall meet the requirements of Table 1. 4.11bZxz.net The quality of product painting shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.6 of ZBJ84014. The anti-rust quality of products shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.4 of JB3576. 4.13 The cleanliness of products shall meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 2 Product Series Cleanliness 5 Inspection Rules 5.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by technical documents proving the quality of the products before they can leave the factory. 5.2 Before the test, the assembly quality of the products should meet the requirements of Article 4.8. mg 5.3 For product factory inspection, the manufacturer shall formulate inspection specifications based on specific products, and shall ensure that the rock drilling impact frequency and rock drilling gas consumption are equivalent to those specified in Table 1. S.4 Product cleanliness is inspected once a month. 5.5 Noise, impact energy, idling speed, and drilling depth specified in this standard are not allowed to be included in the factory inspection items under the premise of having a valid type inspection report. 5.6 Products should be type inspected in the following cases: a. New products developed (including old products transferred to the factory) JB/T1674-94 b. When there are major changes in the design, process and materials used in the product; c. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; for products produced in batches or in large quantities, it shall be conducted every five years. d. 5.7 Products subject to type inspection shall be randomly selected from the qualified products. 5.8 When sampling and inspecting product quality, the sampling plan specified in JB/SQ3.3 shall be followed. 6 Test method When the product is in the idle running state, check that there shall be no air leakage at each connection and the operation shall be normal. 6.11 6.2 Product type inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB5621. 6.3 Product noise measurement shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB5898. Product cleanliness inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of JB/T4041. 6.4 The gas consumption per meter of rock hole of the product shall be inspected in accordance with the conditions specified in Appendix A (Supplement). 6.5 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Each product should be marked with the following contents:7.14 Manufacturer name or factory logo; Product model; Product number; Year and month of manufacturing. 7.2The quality of product packaging should comply with the provisions of JB/T7302. 7.3The following technical documents should be attached to the product packaging box:a. Packing list; Product certificate; Product use and maintenance instructions. 7.4The product should be waterproof, moisture-proof and sun-proof during transportation and storage. 3 Acceptance air pressure: 0.63MPa. JB/T1674 - 94 Appendix A Test conditions for gas consumption per meter of rock hole (Supplement) A2 Working state: horizontal rock drilling on the drilling vehicle, select the optimal propulsion force. A3 Rock compressive strength: 100~140MPa. A4 Drill head type and diameter: - shape, 40 mm. A5 Drill rod should comply with the provisions of GB6481. This test condition is also applicable to the product's parts service life and product reliability test verification.
