Not less than
2.3.1 The surface of the foil should be smooth and clean, without any marks, folds or abrasions. However, slight traces of lubricating oil are allowed on the edge. 2.3.2 The edge of the foil should not have burrs, notches or cracks. Both ends of the foil roll should be neat and clean, without any marks, pits or dirt. 2.3.33
The surface of the foil should not have defects that exceed the allowable thickness deviation. 2.3.5 For foils with a thickness of 0.02mm or less, individual small pinholes are allowed when observed with the naked eye, but they should not form strips or accumulate around the edges.
2.3.6 For foils with a width not exceeding 100mm, slight oxidation color is permitted, but it should not exceed 20% of the total number of rolls. For foils with a width greater than 100mm, redness and oxidation color are permitted on the edges. 3 Test methods
3.1 Chemical composition arbitration analysis method of foils: QSn6.5-0.1 is carried out in accordance with YB493-64 "Standard Method for Chemical Analysis of Tin Bronze", and QSi3-1 is carried out in accordance with YB597-65 "Chemical Analysis Method for Silicon Bronze and Silicon Brass". 3.2 The tensile strength test of foils is carried out in accordance with GB3076-82 "Metal Sheet (Strip) Tensile Test Method". 3.3 The surface quality of the foil is checked with the naked eye. 3.4 The thickness of the foil is measured with a micrometer or a lever dry ruler, and the width is measured with a steel ruler or a vernier caliper. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 Inspection and acceptance
4.1.1 The foil shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 4.1.2 The purchaser may inspect the received products. If the inspection results do not conform to this standard, the purchaser shall submit the inspection to the supplier within two months from the date of receipt of the product for internal quality and within ten days from the date of receipt of the product for external dimensions and surface quality, and the two parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue. 4.2 Batches
The foil shall be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch shall consist of products of the same brand, specification and state, and the batch weight shall not exceed 500kg. 4.3 Inspection items
Each batch of foil shall be inspected for chemical composition, tensile strength, external dimensions and surface quality. 4.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
4.4.1 For the analysis of chemical composition, a sample shall be randomly selected from each batch of products for analysis (production is allowed to report the analysis results of ingots). 154
GB5189—85
4.4.2 Sampling for tensile strength test: randomly select 2 longitudinal samples from each batch of foil for testing. 4.4.3 Samples of 3 to 5 m in length should be taken from each roll of foil for dimensional measurement and surface quality inspection. 4.5 Repeated test
Even if one sample fails the test result, double samples should be taken from the batch for retesting the unqualified item. If one sample still fails the retest result, the whole batch shall be scrapped or inspected roll by roll, and the qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storagebzxz.net
5.1 Marking
The marking of foil packaging boxes shall comply with the provisions of YB730-70 "General Methods for Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage of Heavy Nonferrous Metal Processing Products". Labels shall be affixed to the qualified foil rolls, indicating, milk, supplier name,
b. Product name, brand, state and specification, c. Product batch number.
5.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.2.1 Packaging regulations are as follows:
5.2.1.1 The foil must be wound on a plastic or other material liner with an inner diameter of 32 to 40 mm. The length of the liner is equal to the width of the foil, and the allowable deviation is +2 mm.
5.2.1.2 The foil must be rolled tightly on the liner and should not be loose when the shaft roll moves. 5.2.1.3 The diameter of the foil shaft roll should not be less than 70 mm, and the number of sheets per roll should not be more than 8. The rolled foil should be wrapped with thin paper and plastic film.
5.2.1.4 For the packaging of foil, the wooden box should be lined with moisture-proof paper and filled and stuffed with soft objects to prevent movement. The words or signs such as "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" should be marked on the outside of the box and tied tightly with packaging tape. The gross weight of wooden boxes should not exceed 50kg, and the gross weight of containers should not exceed 600kg. 5.2.2 During transportation and storage, collision, moisture and corrosion of active chemical substances should be prevented. 5.2.8 When storing foil, the wooden boxes should be removed first, and then the foil rolls should be stored on the shelves in the dry warehouse. 5.8 Quality certificate
Each batch of foil should be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating: supplier name,
b. Product name,
Product batch number, specifications, status and processing accuracy, c
Batch number, batch weight and number of pieces;
All analysis and inspection results and the stamp of the technical supervision department; this standard number,
Packing date.
Additional remarks:
