Determination of insulation resistance between stator winding and housing and between windings; Determination of DC resistance of stator winding in actual cold state; No-load test; Locked rotor test: Overspeed test; Vibration measurement; Short-time voltage rise test; Withstand voltage test. In any of the following situations, the motor must be subjected to type test: 7.3 When trial production of new products is completed; When changes in design or process are sufficient to cause changes in certain characteristics and parameters; When the inspection test results deviate unacceptably from the previous type test results. The motor type test items include: all items of inspection test; temperature rise test; efficiency, power factor and slip rate measurement; short-time over-torque test (if the test conditions are not available, short-time over-current test can be used instead); maximum torque measurement; minimum torque measurement during starting: noise measurement; moment of inertia measurement. Each motor must pass the inspection before leaving the factory, and should be accompanied by a product certificate. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The nameplate of the motor should include the following information: a.
Motor name;
Manufacturer name:
Product standard number:
Motor model;
Manufacturer production number;
Wiring method;
Insulation grade;
Enclosure protection grade;
Cooling medium temperature;
Altitude (only for use places above 1000m); Weight;
Production year and month;
Rated power;
Rated frequency;
Rated voltage;
Rated current;
Rated speed.
Rotation direction mark.
Grounding mark.
Packaging and transportation.
The motor should be properly packaged and well fixed when shipped from the manufacturer. To prevent slippage and collision during transportation, the packaging box should have the following marks.
Product name and model;
Gross weight or net weight (kg);
Manufacturer name and address;
Receiving unit and destination;
Precautions (adding \ "handle with care", "do not invert", "prevent moisture", "prevent bumps", etc.) should be marked according to the provisions of GB191.
