Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Conveyor chains for bottled beer filling production line Conveyor chains for becr filling production lineSubject content and scope of application JB/T 7054--93 This standard specifies the structural type, basic parameters and technical requirements of large roller conveyor chains (hereinafter referred to as chains) for sterilizers and bottle washers in bottled beer filling lines. 2 Reference standards GB1244 Short pitch precision roller chains and bushing chains for transmission Sprocket tooth profile and tolerance GB8350 Conveyor chains, accessories and sprockets 3 Structural type, basic parameters and dimensions 3.1 Structural type The chain is a fire roller conveyor chain with K-type primary conveying accessories on one side, as shown in Figure 1. H10/js9 is recommended for the cooperation between the inner chain plate and the sleeve, and the outer chain plate and the pin. It is recommended to use a type where each outer link can be disassembled, and a stainless steel wire lock pin is used to connect the pin shaft of the locking piece, see Figure 2. 3.2 Basic parameters and dimensions The basic parameters and dimensions of the chain should comply with the requirements of Figure 1 and Table 1. Limited tensile load (steel) Tensile load Under the action of continuous and slowly applied tensile load, the minimum ultimate tensile load of the chain shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The effective tensile section shall be at least 3 links, and the connection between the two ends of the chain section and the chuck of the testing machine shall ensure that the chain parts are not subject to additional stress. 4.2 Hinge flexibility The hinges of the chain should rotate flexibly without blocking, and the rollers can rotate in any angle in both directions from 0° to 360°. 4.3 Chain length accuracy The chain should be placed on a horizontal support and the length should be measured under the measuring load. The measuring parameters and results should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Other measuring requirements should comply with the provisions of GB8350. 4.4 Appearance Measurement length. mm Measurement number of chain links Measurement load, kN The chain components should be free of oxidation Defects such as skin, cracks, burrs and rust, the color of each component should be uniform: Riveted chain, the rivet head should be neat The chain length is relatively uneven 4.5 Anti-corrosion JB/T7054--93 The chain should be treated with anti-corrosion that does not affect the hygiene of beverages. For example: surface galvanizing, blackening treatment, etc. 4.6 Chain frame solidity It is recommended to use special-shaped holes (non-full cylindrical surfaces) for the pin shaft and the outer chain plate, and the sleeve and the inner chain plate to ensure that the above-mentioned matching does not occur relative movement. Solidity Four-point rivets or ball rivets should be used to ensure that the frame is firm. 4.7 Test load It is recommended to test the chain products according to the test load. The same packaging unit must contain chains of the same specifications. The chains should be guaranteed not to rust or be damaged within 6 months from the date of leaving the factory under normal transportation and storage conditions. The factory packaging of the chains can also be based on the order agreement. 6.3 The chains should be stored in a ventilated, dry and rainproof environment. 6.4 The outer wall of each packaging unit should be marked with: product name and chain number; b.
