National Standard of the People's Republic of China Classify and codes to the national land information 1 Subject content and scope of application 1.1 Subject content GB/T13923-92 This standard specifies the classification and codes to the national land information data, which are used to identify the national basic information in digital form and ensure the consistency of its storage and exchange. 1.2 Scope of application This standard is applicable to the collection, storage, retrieval, analysis, output and exchange of national basic information by various resource and environmental information systems. This standard should also be followed when conducting digital mapping and compiling and updating maps in digital form. 2 Terminology 2.1 Basic land information Basic natural and social information on the earth's surface. This standard mainly refers to the information represented on the survey control points and the national basic scale series of topographic maps. It can be used for basic national conditions analysis and as a three-dimensional space carrier of professional information. It can also be used to compile or update topographic maps and thematic maps. 3 Classification and coding principles This standard adopts linear classification method and classifies national basic information data according to the following principles. 3.1 Scientificity and systematicity With the goal of being suitable for the application and screening of modern computer and database technology, strict scientific classification is carried out according to the attributes or characteristics of national basic information to form a systematic classification system. 3.2 Relative stability The classification system is based on the most stable attributes or characteristics of each element and can remain unchanged for a long time. 3.3 Not limited by the scale of topographic maps The same element has a consistent classification code in map databases of different scales. The classification is not fixed. Corresponding to topographic map elements of various scales, each type of cartographic symbol has a corresponding code. 3.4 Integrity and scalability The classification reflects both the attributes of the elements and the relationship between the elements, and has integrity. The code structure leaves appropriate room for expansion. 3.5 Applicability Classification names should follow customary names as much as possible to avoid confusion of concepts. Codes should be as short and easy to remember as possible. Coding method Land basic information data is divided into nine categories, which are further divided into subcategories, primary and secondary categories. The classification code consists of a six-digit code, which was approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on December 8, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1993 The structure is as follows: Class code GB/T 13923---92 Level code Secondary code Identification bit The major category code, subcategory code, primary code and secondary code are arranged in numerical order. The identification bit is defined by the user for expansion. It is usually "0". 5 Classification code table Surveying control point Plane control point Earth origin Triangulation point Traverse point Elevation control point Watershed origin Leveling point Other control points Astronomical point Astronomical main point Gravity point Benchmark point Generation point Encryption point GPS point Multi-point GB/T 13923—92 Other basic control points Small triangulation points Burial stone mapping points Perennial river Single-line river Left half of double-line river Right bank of double-line river Seasonal river Single-line seasonal river Left bank of double-line seasonal river Right bank of double-line seasonal river Disappearing river section Disappearing river section of single line Left bank of double-line disappearing river section Right bank of double-line disappearing river section Underground river section GB/T 13923—92 Underground river section population Canal, channel Main channel Above ground General channel Above ground Abandoned ditch bridge Water transmission tunnel (river) Water transmission aqueduct Perennial lake Talk about water tide Weishui Lake Kushui Lake| |tt||Seasonal lake Freshwater lake Saltwater lake Bitterwater lake Water conservancy facilities Reservoir under construction Water outlet of reservoir Spillway of reservoir Left bank of spillway of reservoir Right bank of spillway of reservoir Main dike Inner dike top Outer dike top GB/T 13923-92 Inner side embankment slope foot line Outer side embankment slope foot line General embankment Water gate that can be used for traffic Water gate that cannot be used for traffic Dredging dam Water retaining dam Inner side slope top Outer side slope top Inner dam slope foot line Outer dam slope foot line Breakwater, water control dam Reinforced bank Ouerjing Abandoned karez Geothermal wells, geothermal pools Artesian wells Fish ponds in base pond areas Reservoirs Purification pools Flood areas (flood diversion areas)) Other water system elements Jianhuanquan Water beaches Steep banks with beaches Steep banks without beaches Commercial water boundaries Marine elements Coastline Dry beaches CB/T 13923—92 Sand and gravel beaches Rock beaches Coral beaches Mud beaches Sand and mud beaches Mangrove beaches Shellfish breeding beaches GB/T 13923--92 River channel in dry beach Tidal channel Dangerous shore Single Single Single Coral reef Aquaculture farm Supplementary description of water system Bottom annotation positioning point River width and river depth position River flow direction General river Tidal river Tidal flow direction Sea current flow direction January sea current July sea current Water depth point Isobathbzxz.net GB/T 13923—92 Local average sea level Residential area Residential administrative level Provincial, Baizhi District, Zhenxi City Government Seat Provincial City (Prefectural-level City) Government Seat Regional, Autonomous Prefecture, League Government Seat City District, Prefectural City (County-level City) Government SeatCounty, Autonomous County, Banner Government Seat Provincial Administrative Unit Government Seat Town Government Seat|| tt||Township government seat Residential areas below the township level Residential buildings of government-enterprise integration units (agriculture, forestry, pasture, etc.) High-rise building area Scattered buildings Common houses (independent houses, scattered houses) Protruding houses High-rise buildings Damaged houses Caves on the ground Moss caves under the ground Yurts, pastoral tents.Grazing point Special buildings Electrified railway In construction Ordinary railway In construction Narrow gauge railway In construction GB/T13923—92 Light rail, cableway Aerial ropeway Locomotive turntable Signal lights, columns Platform position and unknown vehicle Station Expressway Under construction Planned Surveyed First-class highway Under construction Planned Surveyed Second-class highway Under construction Third-class highway Under construction Fourth-class highway Under construction Other highways||tt ||In construction GB/T13923—92 Main highway (ordinary highway)\ In construction General highway (simple highway)\) In construction Special highway Urban road Urban expressway Urban trunk road Urban secondary road Urban branch line Other in the city Road Truck road, tractor road Village road Seasonal road, unfixed road Mountain (pass) Milestone Main structures of railway and highway Railway bridge Highway bridge Special bridge Note: 1) The newly formulated national basic scale topographic map has quoted the national standard GB919-89.
