The dimensions of the locating hole diameter and the center circle diameter of the bolt hole are shown in Table 2. The position tolerance of the center of the fan bolt hole is 0.35mm. 7 The dimension tolerance grade of the fan outer diameter shall meet the h13 grade specified in GB/T1804. The installation angle deviation of the fan blade is ±1". The center circle diameter of the bolt hole The runout of the blades on the same side on the same diameter shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. JB/T6723.11993 4.12 The aerodynamic performance of the fan should comply with the product drawings or relevant standards. The test method adopts the air intake method specified in GB1236. The diameter of the test wind circle should be 1.05 times the outer diameter of the fan (rounded), and the axial projection width of the fan blades should all be within the test wind circle. 4.13 3 The fan noise should comply with the product drawings or relevant standards. 4.14 The fan shall be subjected to an overspeed test, with the test speed being 1.5 times the rated speed and the running time being 1 minute. After the test, no defects such as cracks and loose rivets shall be found in any part. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The fan shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. 5.2 Factory inspection The fan shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of 4.4 to 4.11 before it leaves the factory. 5.3 Type inspection 5.3.1 The manufacturer shall conduct a type inspection of the product once a year in accordance with the technical requirements specified in this standard. 5.3.2 The fan shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of 4.12 to 4.14. 5.4 Fans shall be delivered in batches. Delivery acceptance, delivery acceptance items are the same as factory tests. When the ordering unit conducts random inspection of product quality, it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2828, using general inspection level II, and the qualified quality level AQL value shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 6.1 Marking 6.1.1 The marking shall be clear, and the location, size and method of marking shall comply with the product drawings or technical documents. Each fan shall be marked with: a. Manufacturer's name or trademark; b. Product model; c. Manufacturing date; d. The letter "Q\" shall be printed on the non-installation surface of the fan. 6.1.3 When the fan leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by a certificate signed and sealed by the manufacturer's quality inspection department and inspection personnel. The certificate shall indicate: a. Manufacturer's name; b. Product name and model; c. Inspection date. 6.2 PackagingWww.bzxZ.net The same type of products should be packed in the packaging box, and the outside of the box should be marked with: a. Product name, model and quantity; b. Manufacturer's name and address; c. "Handle with care" or symbols. 6.2.2 The packaging box should be accompanied by a product certificate, instruction manual and packing list, and the outside of the packaging box should be marked with: a. Product name, model and quantity; b. Manufacturer's name and address; c. Gross weight, kg; d. Receiving unit and address; e. Storage The fan should be placed in a ventilated and dry warehouse. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the fan will not rust within 12 months from the date of leaving the factory.
