6.2.1.2 If any unqualified product is found during the acceptance process, it should be returned for repair and re-inspection. . If the re-inspection still fails, the product will be deemed to be unqualified.
6.2.2 Type inspection
6.2.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following situations: a) When the product is trial-made or transferred to a factory for production; b) Product design, material or process When there are major changes: c) When the product resumes production after 2 years of discontinuation: d) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection results: when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. e)
6.2.2.2 Type inspection items shall test all requirements of this standard. 6.2.2.3 Type inspection prototypes shall be selected from 10% of the products that have passed the factory inspection. The sampling method shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T10111, and one unit shall be tested.
6.2.2.4 During the inspection, if any of the electrical safety performance of protective grounding circuit continuity, insulation resistance, and withstand voltage fails, the product will be deemed to have failed the type inspection. If one of the main properties is unqualified, the retest should be doubled. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products will be judged to be unqualified.
