4.5 Under the transportation and storage conditions specified in GB/T9576 and GB/T9577, within one year from the date of manufacture, the manufacturer shall ensure that the various technical properties of the hose meet the requirements of this standard. 5 Test method
5. 1 Specifications, dimensions and appearance quality inspection of the hose shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 9573 5.2 Rubber tensile test, according to GB/T528, using type 1 test specimen. 5.3 Hot air aging test, according to GB/T3512. 5.4 Liquid resistance test, according to GB/T1690. 5.5 Hose ozone resistance test, use the same material and production process (without metal spiral wire) to make a test hose with an inner diameter of 25mm, take about 700mm length, and connect GB/T9571 method 1 to escape 5.6 Low temperature bending test, cut the test hose that meets the requirements of 5.5, the length is about 800mm, the minimum bending radius is 250mm, and it is carried out according to GB/T5564.
5.7 Adhesion strength test, according to GB/T 5562. 5.8 Hydraulic test, according to GR/T5563. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The hose should be inspected batch by batch by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. Qualified products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate before leaving the factory. 6.2 The appearance and size of the hoses shall be checked one by one. 6.3 Each batch of hoses shall not exceed 1,000 pieces, and the rubber materials used to manufacture each batch of hoses shall be tested for physical and mechanical properties. 6.4 Performance test of finished hoses:
6.4.1 Each batch of hoses shall not exceed 1,000 pieces, and samples shall be taken from any specification as a representative. 6.4.2 Low-temperature bending, adhesion strength and hydraulic test items shall be tested at least once every quarter. 6.5 Ozone resistance performance test is a type test item, but it shall not be tested less than once a year. 6.6 When the performance of the finished rubber hose is tested, if there are unqualified items, double samples shall be taken from the batch of rubber or hoses, and the unqualified items shall be retested. If one of the samples still fails to meet one indicator after the retest, the batch of rubber or products shall be unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The hose should have the following obvious markings that are not easy to fall off: manufacturer name or trademark:
b, product name, specifications, working pressure; c. National Standard Number,
d. Production date.
7.2 The hose should be packed and sealed with packaging materials. HG/T 2540-93
7.3 The hose should be placed flat or vertically when stored, and the stacking height should not exceed 1.5m7.4 The transportation, storage and other requirements of the hose should comply with the provisions of GB/T 9576 and GB/T 9577. Additional remarks:
