Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Polyester Film for Broadcasting and Recording Tapes
1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG2346-92
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of polyester film for broadcasting and recording tapes.
This standard applies to films made of polyethylene terephthalate (referred to as polyester) resin containing trace additives or pure polyester resin and masterbatch polyester containing additives as raw materials, which are mixed, dried, extruded, cast, and biaxially oriented stretched, and are specially used as base films for open-reel broadcasting and recording tapes.
2 Reference standards
GB2918 Standard environment for conditioning and testing of plastic specimens GB10006 Determination of friction coefficient of plastic films and sheets GB/T13541 Test method for plastic films for electrical use HG/T2348 Measurement of surface roughness of polyester films for magnetic tapes Stylus method 3 Technical requirements
3.1 Appearance
The surface of the film should be smooth and flat, without deformation, oil stains, bubbles, holes, raised particles, wrinkles, cracks and mechanical damage. The film roll should be flat, with consistent tightness, no star-shaped end face, and the amount of stringing should not exceed 2mm. There should be no burrs or damage on the edge of the film. 3.2 Dimensions and tolerances
Should comply with the provisions of Table 1,
Nominal thickness
Thickness tolerance
Width and tolerance
Note: The roll length is a continuous length and no joints are allowed. If other specifications are required, they can be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 3.3 Physical and mechanical properties
Should comply with the provisions of Table 2,
Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 1, 1992. Roll length and tolerance
1800+20
Implementation on March 1, 1993
(1) Tensile strength, MPa
(2) Elongation at break, %
(3) F-5 value, MPa
(4) Heating shrinkage, (105℃, 30min) % (5) Friction coefficient (film to film)
(6) Surface roughness, um
HG2346-—92
(1) MD represents the longitudinal direction of the film; TD represents the transverse direction of the film. (2) F-5 value indicates the stress value when the film is stretched by 5%. 4 Test method
4.1 Sampling method
0.35±0.15
0.35±0.15bZxz.net
When sampling on the film roll, at least the outermost three layers of film should be removed. Then, sample and prepare samples according to performance requirements. During sampling and sample preparation, pay attention to prevent the sample from wrinkling and contamination. 4.2 Standard environment for sample state adjustment and testing According to the standard environment of GB2918, normal deviation is carried out, the state adjustment time is not less than 4h, and the test is carried out under this condition. 4.3 Appearance
Visual inspection, the amount of stringing is measured with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5mm. 4.4 Determination of dimensions and tolerances
4.4.1 Thickness, in accordance with Article 4 of GB/T13541 (single layer method), 4.4.2 Width, in accordance with Article 6 of GB/T13541, 4.4.3 Length, counted with the size chart on the rewinder, accurate to 1m. 4.5 The determination of tensile strength, elongation at break and F-5 value is carried out in accordance with Article 11 of GB/T13541, the sample width is 10±0.1mm, the marking line spacing is 100mm, and the tensile speed is 100±10mm/min.
4.6 Determination of heating shrinkage
Refer to the provisions of Article 22 of GB/T13541. 4.7 Determination of friction coefficient
According to the provisions of GB10006.
4.8 Determination of surface roughness
According to the provisions of HG/T2348.
5 Inspection rules
HG2346-92
5.1 The inspection of this product is based on batches. The same type of raw materials and proportions, and the daily production under the same stretching process are considered as one batch. 5.2 Factory inspection includes two aspects: 5.2.1 Inspect each roll according to Articles 3.1 and 3.2. If any of the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the roll is considered unqualified. 5.2.2 Carry out routine inspection on each batch according to Items (1), (2), (3) and (4) of Article 3.3, that is, take a roll of film from each batch of film for sampling. When any item of the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, double samples should be taken again and the item should be re-inspected. If the re-inspection result still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch is considered unqualified. 5.3 Type inspection (routine inspection) refers to the inspection of all items specified in this standard for product quality. Type inspection must be carried out in any of the following circumstances: at the beginning of each production;
when the raw material model, formula or process changes during the production process and may affect the product performance; b.
when the same type of raw materials and proportions are used for continuous production under the same stretching process for every ten full days. c.
5.4 The unit using the film may conduct inspections according to all or part of the items specified in this standard. When the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard or the supply contract, the inspection results and product batch number shall be notified to the manufacturer within three months after receiving the goods for resolution. 5.5 If the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality and arbitration is required, the arbitration unit may be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties. The test method provided in this standard shall prevail during the arbitration inspection.
6 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
6.1 The film is wound on a special surface-treated paper tube with an inner diameter of 152.4mm and a length of the film width plus 5~10mm. The adhesive tape with arrows shall be used to fix the end of the film winding. After the polyethylene film is wrapped, soft foam gaskets, hard core boards and plastic plugs are added to the two ends in turn, so that the film can be placed in the corrugated box in an overhead form, and then tied tightly with plastic strapping tape. 6.2 The outer packaging carton should have obvious printed marks indicating: product name and this standard number, manufacturer name, moisture-proof, upward, and lightly placed icon marks, and product labels on both sides indicating: product specifications, grades, net weight and batch number. The box should be accompanied by a product certificate stating the product batch number, specifications, net weight, inspector number, production date and shift. The inner wall of the paper tube is affixed with a self-adhesive product certificate. 6.3 This product should be protected from sun, rain, collision and fall during transportation: the length direction of the packaging box should be perpendicular to the transportation direction. 6.4 This product should be stored in a cool, dry and clean warehouse, with a stacking height of no more than four boxes, and should not be close to the heater to avoid direct sunlight.
