Standard of the First Machinery Industry Department of the People's Republic of China
Technical conditions for welded pipe joints, nuts, plugs and washers
JB100377
Replaces JB1003-67
This standard applies to various welded pipe joints and related parts specified in JB966~1002-77. I. Technical requirements
1. The materials of the parts shall be as specified in Table 1.
Parts Name
Joint Body, Nut, Plug
Articulated Pipe Joint Body, Articulated Bolt
35, 45
35, 45
15, 20
Pure Aluminum, Pure Copper
(HB32~45 after extinguishing)
GB699—65
GB699—65
GB699—65
YB464—64
Note: ①The materials listed in the same column are allowed to be used in common. Under the conditions of cold heading, cold extrusion and thread rolling, parts No. 1 and 3 are allowed to be replaced by A3 steel, but the tensile strength should not be lower than 35 steel. ②Articulated bolts are HB=200~230 after quenching and tempering. ③ In addition to the materials specified in the table, other materials can be selected according to the use conditions, which shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties and indicated in the order.
2. When the material of the part is carbon steel, its surface treatment is black (or blue). If other treatment is required, it shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties and indicated in the order. 3. Threads on parts:
(1) The basic dimensions of the threads shall be in accordance with GB.196-63. The tolerance of the external thread shall be manufactured according to the 2a grade specified in GB197-63, and the tolerance of the internal thread shall be manufactured according to the 3 grade specified in GB19763. (2) The finish of the side of the external thread is √5, and the finish of the side of the internal thread is √4. Issued by the First Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Proposed by the Standardization Institute of the First Ministry of Machinery Industry May 1, 1977
Drafted by Jinan Foundry and Forging Machinery Research Institute, etc. 47

(3) The thread surface is not allowed to have cracks and defects such as magnetic scratches, burr scratches, double cusps and incomplete thread that affect use and assembly.
4. The dimensions of the thread tail, internal thread of the undercut groove and external thread chamfer shall be as specified in Table 2. Table 2
CX45°
5. If the thread of the compression nut end and the internal and external hexagonal screw plug on the pipe fitting body are inlaid, the undercut groove may be changed to the thread tail, but its length shall not be greater than 2 times the pitch. 6. The non-perpendicularity tolerance between the hexagonal head support surface E (see Figure 1) and the thread axis is 0.1mm. 7. The non-axiality tolerance of the hexagonal head on the fitting body screw plug to the thread axis is shown in Table 3. mm

8: The non-perpendicularity tolerance between the end face F (see Figure 2) of the O-ring on the joint body and the thread axis is 0.06mm.
9. The non-axiality tolerance between the axis of d, d, d2 and the axis of d of each joint body, pipe, nut, and plug is R0.1mm.
10. The non-perpendicularity tolerance of the A surface of the pipe to the axis of d, and the A surface of the hinged pipe joint body to the axis of d are both 0.1mm, and the non-parallelism tolerance of the B surface and the A surface of the two is 0.05mm. 11. The free size tolerance of the parts is manufactured according to the 8th grade accuracy of GB159-59. Figure 2
12. Parts are not allowed to have cracks or cuts, and the surface should not have defects such as dents, burrs, flash, scratches, etc. that affect the performance.
2. Acceptance Rules
13. Finished products should be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer to ensure that each batch of factory parts meets the standard requirements and is accompanied by a product quality certificate. 14. Components or parts should be delivered and inspected in batches. The type, size and material grade of each batch of parts should be the same. The batch should be specified by the supplier or agreed upon by both parties and indicated in the order. 15. The purchaser has the right to inspect the delivered parts according to technical conditions one and two with a two-piece sampling inspection plan. The number of samples and the number of scraps each time shall be as specified in Table 4. 49

Note: ①If the number of unqualified products in the first random inspection does not exceed the number of unqualified products allowed in the first inspection, the batch of parts can be accepted.
②If the number of unqualified products in the first random inspection exceeds the number of unqualified products allowed in the first inspection, but does not exceed the total number of unqualified products, a second random inspection shall be carried out. If the cumulative number of unqualified products in the two random inspections does not exceed the total number of unqualified products, the batch of parts can be accepted, otherwise it shall not be accepted. III. Packaging and marking
16. The finished product should be free of dirt and metal shavings. The metal surface of the uncoated palm piece should be coated with a rust inhibitor. No rust will occur under normal storage and transportation conditions within six months from the date of leaving the factory. 17. Components or parts should be packed with inner and outer packaging when leaving the factory. The packaging method can be determined by the manufacturer according to local conditions, needs and possibilities. However, parts should not be damaged or lost due to improper packaging during normal storage and transportation.
18. The gross weight of each outer packaging box shall not exceed 50 kg. 19. The outer surface of the outer packaging box should be marked with the following contents: (1) Manufacturer name;
(2) Product name;
(3) Product specified mark
(4) Number of pieces and gross weight,
(5) Manufacturing date.
20. Each box of delivered components or parts should have a certificate of conformity. Including the following contents:
