IEC Preface
1) IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide standardization organization composed of all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). Its purpose is to promote international cooperation on all standardization issues in the electrical and electronic fields. After this there are some other additional activities, such as the issuance of IEC international standards. Preparatory work for publication of International Standards is entrusted to technical committees. During this preparation process, any IEC National Committee may become involved in matters of interest. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations are also involved in this preparation. The IEC works closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance with the conditions established by the agreement between the two organizations.
2) IEC’s formal resolutions or agreements on technical aspects are formulated by technical committees in which all national committees interested in these issues participate. Therefore, the issues involved are represented and elaborated as truthfully as possible. an international consensus. 3) IEC publishes standards, technical reports or guidelines in a recommended manner for international use and is accepted by national committees. 4) In order to promote international coordination, IEC hopes that national committees should adopt IEC standards in their national standards or regional standards when conditions permit. Any differences between national or regional standards corresponding to IEC standards and this standard shall be clearly stated in the latter. 5) IEC has not established procedures for approval marks. If a piece of equipment should be said to comply with a certain standard of IEC, IEC will not be responsible for this. This standard was developed by IEC Technical Committee 61 (Safety of household and similar electrical appliances). The 4th edition of IEC335-2-11 replaces the 1984 3rd edition and amendments 1 and 2 in 1989 and 1991. The contents of this standard are based on the following documents: DIS

This chapter in GB4706.1-1998 is applicable except for the following content. 2.2.9 Replacement:
Normal operation: The tumble dryer is operated according to the maximum drying quality specified in the instruction manual. The textile material is a pre-washed double-folded cotton piece with a size of approximately 70cm x 70cm and a dry mass between 140g/m2 and 175g/m. Textile materials should be soaked with water with a temperature of 25℃±5℃ and a weight equal to that of the textile materials. In a washing machine, if the drying function can automatically follow the washing machine function, the drum does not need to be loaded separately. For tumble dryers with a combined wash-dry cycle, add the maximum mass of textile material and operate it as specified in the instruction manual. Note: Cotton cloth with a moisture content of no more than 10% is considered dry. When cotton is placed in still air with a temperature of 20°C ± 2°C, a relative humidity of 60% to 70%, and an air pressure of 860mbar to 1060mbar for 24 hours, its moisture content is approximately 7%. 2.101 Exhaust type tumble dryer: A type of textile material that tumbles in a rotating tumbler and dries the textile material by blowing hot air into it. 20 Stability and mechanical hazards
This chapter in GB4706.1-1998 is applicable except for the following content. 20.1 Instead:
No test with the inclination angle increased to 15°. GB4706.20—2000
20.101 Appliances should have a device to prevent the door from opening during operation or an interlocking device to disconnect the power supply when the door is opened more than 75mm. When the door is opened more than 75mm, it should be impossible for the motor to start. If the door opening size of the appliance exceeds 30cm and the roller volume exceeds 100dm, the motor shall not be started until an independent manual operation device is operated to control the movement of the roller. The interlocking device should be constructed in such a way that it is impossible for the appliance to operate unexpectedly when the door is opened. Compliance is determined by inspection, measurement and manual testing (appliance at rated voltage and normal operation). If the door-opening preventer is equipped with a coil or similar element to lock the door in the closed position, this element is to be energized and de-energized 6000 times, 6 times per minute or a lower rate depending on the construction of the appliance. Interlocking devices and components shall be capable of further use. Note
1 If the interlocking device is required for mechanical operation, the door should be opened or closed during the test. 2 If the interlocking device can be released using the test finger shown in Figure 1, the appliance is considered to be capable of causing unintended operation. 20.102 If the size of the door opening of the appliance exceeds 30cm and the volume of the roller exceeds 100dm\, the door can be opened from the inside with a force not exceeding 70N.
Compliance is checked by inspection, measurement and force perpendicular to the plane of the door at the point furthest from the hinge. Note: This force can be applied to the outside of the machine door.
20.103 Appliances equipped with horizontally hinged doors should have sufficient stability when the door is opened and subjected to load. Compliance is determined through the following test: Place the unloaded appliance on a horizontal surface, and add a 23kg weight to the center of the open door. Appliances should not be tilted and damage to doors and hinges should not affect compliance with this standard. NOTEWww.bzxZ.net
1 Built-in appliances and top-loading appliances are not subject to this test. 2 Even if the liquid dryer can be stacked on top of the washing machine, it should be placed on a horizontal surface for testing. 21 Mechanical strength
