National Standard of the People's Republic of China Environmental test method for analytical instruments Cyclic damp heat test Subject content and scope of application GB11606.7-89 This standard specifies the grouping, test conditions and test methods of cyclic damp heat test for analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) in non-packaged and non-working conditions. This standard is applicable to the assessment of the adaptability of instruments in environmental conditions with high humidity and temperature changes. 2 Cyclic damp heat test grouping Relative turbidity % 3 Test conditions -10~50 -20~60 3.1 Requirements for test equipment 3.1.1 The test box (room) should be able to provide the changing temperature and relative humidity in Chapter 2 of this standard. The temperature tolerance is ±2℃. 3.1.2 The condensed water in the test box (room) should be continuously removed. 3.1.3 The resistivity of water used directly to generate humidity shall not be less than 500Ω·m. 3.1.4 The working space of the test box (room) should be larger than 3 times the volume of the instrument. 3.1.5 The condensed water on the inner wall and top of the test box (room) shall not drip onto the instrument. 3.1.6 The test box (room) shall be equipped with an observation window and a lighting device. 3.2 Requirements for instruments When the working space of the test box (room) is not enough to test the whole machine, if the instrument allows, the test can be done separately in the form of a sub-unit. 4 Test method 4.1 Pretreatment Remove dust and oil from the surface of the instrument, and then place it under normal (or reference) environmental conditions to allow it to reach temperature equilibrium. 4.2 Initial inspection Inspect the instrument in accordance with the relevant standards. 4.3 Test 4.3.1 The ambient temperature and relative humidity conditions at that time shall be the starting temperature and humidity of the test. When the ambient conditions of the instrument have exceeded the upper limit of the specified test conditions, the instrument may be kept under the ambient conditions for 48 hours before the final inspection. 4.3.2 The instrument shall be placed in the test chamber (room) in a non-packaging and non-working state. 4.3.3 The temperature of the test chamber (room) shall reach the specified value within 3 hours (the average rate of temperature rise is less than 1°C/min) and be maintained for 2 hours. Then humidify and reach the specified relative humidity within 1 hour. Maintain for 12 hours. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 25, 1989 and implemented on March 1, 1990 GB11606.7-89 Cool down for 6 hours (the average rate of temperature drop is less than 1C/min) to the initial temperature. After reaching the relative humidity holding time, the humidity shall be gradually restored to the initial humidity (see the timing diagram of the alternating damp heat test). 4.3.3 This test takes 24 hours as one cycle, and the instrument shall perform at least two cycles. Specified value Initial humidity Specified value Initial temperature Control chart for alternating damp heat test Final inspectionbzxz.net Inspect the instrument in accordance with the provisions of the relevant standards. 6 Details to be specified when citing this standard Pretreatment; Items and requirements for initial inspection; e. Items and requirements for final inspection. GB/T11606.7—1989 "Analytical Instrument Environmental Test Method Alternating Humid Heat Test" No. 1 Amendment This amendment was approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on July 19, 2000 in the document No. [20001108], and will be implemented from December 1, 2000. I. Units in the tables of Chapter 2 should be placed below the item names. 2. Article 3.1.3 is amended to read "its resistivity is not less than 500α·m (equivalent to a conductivity of not more than 20uS·cm-1)*. 14 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
