3.1 Test environment temperature
The environment temperature for the transverse shock sensitivity test is 20±5℃. 3.2 Instruments and Equipment
The instruments and equipment used for the lateral impact sensitivity test are the same as those used for the sensor impact primary calibration (see GB/T13823.10). In addition, a rigid fixture should be designed so that the sensor under test can rotate around its sensitive axis and be installed on the fixture at different angles to accept lateral impacts from different angles. 4 Test procedure
4.1 Determine the shock sensitivity of the sensor under test in accordance with (GB/T13823.10. 4.2 Use the selected shock pulse to impact the sensor under test in a transverse direction perpendicular to the sensitive axis of the sensor under test and measure its output. 4.3 Rotate the sensor under test around its sensitive axis by an angle and reinstall it Tighten. 4.4 Repeat steps 4.2 to 4.3 until the sensor under test rotates 360°. 4.5 According to the impact sensitivity of the sensor under test, convert its output into the corresponding acceleration. During the test, attention should be paid to eliminating the output caused by lateral impact. 5 Data processing
The lateral impact sensitivity of the sensor is calculated using formula (1): S.
×100%
Wu Zhong: A-the acceleration corresponding to the output of the sensor under test, m/s\; -the actual value of the selected impact pulse acceleration, m/s\. A wwW.bzxz.Net
The test should give the maximum and minimum values of the lateral impact sensitivity and their corresponding angles, and mark the selected impact pulse waveform, acceleration and duration!
