Installation requirements
2. Double nuts are used for the bottom bolts;
b. The upper plane of the welding gasket should be Tilt, the slope is about 1:100;
C. Before tightening the machine base and the foundation with bolts, check the live gasket and the machine base surface with a 0.05mm feeler gauge
, and the insertion depth shall not exceed 10mm,
a. The thickness of the welding pad should be greater than 1.25 times the bolt diameter:
b. After the bolts are tightened, check with a 0.05mm feeler gauge, and the insertion depth shall not exceed 10mm
a. The thickness of the welding pad should be greater than 1.25 times the bolt diameter;
b. After the bolts are tightened, use a test hammer to check the tightening condition:
c. The contact between the mounting surfaces should be good.
After the bolts are tightened, check with a 0.05mm feeler gauge. The insertion depth should not exceed 10mm.
After the machine base is in place, no more than three steel sheets or pot skins are allowed to be used as gaskets between each support, but half a gasket is not allowed.
Note: 1) Generally refers to the machine with a motor power not exceeding 10kW and a machine base fixing bolt not exceeding M27. 3.4 Live gaskets may also be epoxy injection gaskets approved by the ship inspection department. Scope of application: a. Machinery with two or more cylinders and reciprocating motion: b. Emergency generator sets; c. Center bearings; a. Machinery driven by electric motors; b. Pumps with a common base; a. Shell expansion heat exchangers; b. Pressure vessels (height not more than 1m); c. Large filters; d. Evaporators: e. Machinery and equipment installed on the bulkhead. a. Single cylinder diesel engine;
b. Reciprocating cylinder:
c. Heat exchanger with non-expanding shell:
d. Machinery driven by electric motor: (machine base fixing bolt is larger than M27);
e. Pressure vessel (height is larger than 1m),
8. Machinery driven by electric motor with power less than 2.2kW;b. Small filter:www.bzxz.net
c. Machinery with rubber dew avoider;
d. Unprocessed base, machine base and cabinet bottom feet
3.5 When using tight-fitting bolts and locating pins for positioning, the clearance or interference of the matching should not be greater than 0.005mm. 3.6 When using thrust block for lateral positioning, the thrust surface should be close to each other, and the insertion depth should not exceed 10mm when checked with a 0.05mm feeler gauge. 3.7 After installation, the protruding length of the bolt (column) head is 1~2 pitches. 2
