Test method
Fill the test pipe with the specified oil flow, move the gear lever to each gear position in turn, check the oil flow with the nominal flow rate, connect the gear lever to the middle position, measure the system flow, observe the pressure change through the pressure gauge 7, and then adjust the thickness of the pad to make the output meet the specified position
Under the condition of No. 2: you can switch each gear position and observe the switching performance of the gear sleeve
? Under winter conditions, move the bar, the current change of the sweep is in each position, the minimum value of each party table under the condition of serial number 2, move the change bar to the service ticket position, and the gas is sent to the standard 05M, and observe the change of the power table of each power. The two shift bars are almost in the center position, and the pressure is: 2MTa, 3min. 1. Each gear has a guaranteed oil supply, small and micro consumption, card meal device, six pressure limit, 2. The pressure board guarantees the large current fixed value, the compensation diagram must be expanded, and the flexibility is used, no card scheme, and the current rate of broadcasting is 301./mlim to maximum slag, all kinds of pressure will not exceed the lower value of the specification, when the replacement is in the middle position, the old pressure value is zero, the opening rate is zero, the ventilation store force drops to the initial position, the valve can immediately return to the normal position, and the force is normal. There is no external discussion on the test purpose. The internal tight surface pressure bundle head operating force type test test category sample omitted JB/T 8845-2000 table 4 [end] test method under the serial number 2 series. 【, when the red charge is not in the holding or side gear, the leakage within 1m measured does not exceed the specified value
. Under the requirement of No. 2, record the pressure value of each pressure gauge in each gear, calculate the pressure loss under the requirement of No. 2, and recognize the shifting operation. The speed change type test items and methods are specified in Table 5. Table 5 Variable speed type test items and methods Test requirements Test durability Durability 5 Inspection rules 5. Factory inspection Test method According to the provisions of 4, all the two-section overflow net stone and adjustment gasket are inspected to make the valve pressure positive force to the nominal pressure. And make the flow crown through the type mark to be nominal. Move the shift lever at a frequency of 20-40 times, record the number of shifts, and after the required number of rotations, check the internal lubricity according to the provisions of IB/T7858. The pressure loss shall not be greater than the specified level. The internal lubricity pressure loss shall not be greater than the specified level. The internal lubricity pressure loss shall not be greater than the specified level. The indicators do not exceed the specified level. [. The number of reversing times should not be less than the current specified value after inspection. The internal leakage should not be greater than 10% of the specified value. 3. The main parts should not be damaged or abnormally damaged. The internal dirt should not exceed the specified value. The factory inspection items are divided into full inspection and sampling inspection. The sampling inspection is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. The qualified quality level AQL of the speed change sampling inspection is 2.5, the inspection level is the general inspection level, and one-time sampling is used as the case. The sample size is determined by the manufacturer according to the production batch according to Table 2 of GB292B1987 and the supply and demand parties negotiate and determine. 5.2 Type Inspection
In the following cases, the type inspection should be selected: new product testing or old product transfer to production trial type identification; b) after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and process that may affect product performance. ) During normal production, periodic inspection shall be conducted regularly (three years for one ship) or after a certain amount of production has been accumulated; d) when the product is stopped for a long time and then resumed production; ) when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the results of the first type inspection; f) when the national quality inspection agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 5.3 Samples
