After review, it is now approved as a ministry standard, numbered JGJ34-86, and will be implemented from October 1, 1987. Chapter 1 General
Article 1.0.1 This regulation is specially formulated to strengthen machinery management, ensure safe production, give full play to the effectiveness of machinery, and improve economic benefits. Article 1.0.2 This regulation applies to comprehensive technical tests of construction machinery before it is put into use to assess the basic performance and safety reliability of the whole machine. Article 1.0.3 All newly purchased, overhauled, reassembled or technically modified mechanical equipment shall be subject to technical tests in accordance with this regulation and may only be put into use after obtaining a qualified certificate.
Article 1.0.4 For lifting and pile-driving machinery that has been out of service for a long time, necessary tests shall also be carried out in accordance with this regulation to ensure safety when it is put into use. Article 1.0.5 If the electrical device attached to the main engine is not overhauled or disassembled and reassembled with the main engine, the necessary tests of the items may be carried out in accordance with this regulation as appropriate. Article 1.0.6 The technical tests of newly purchased mechanical equipment shall be organized by the mechanical equipment management department and jointly carried out by the safety department. The overhauled, newly assembled and technically modified mechanical equipment shall be organized by the unit responsible for the task and carried out with the participation of the entrusting unit.
Article 1.0.7 The test procedures are divided into: pre-test inspection, no-load test, rated load test, and overload test. The tests must be carried out in sequence, and the next test shall not be carried out until the previous test is confirmed to be qualified.
Article 1.0.8 Before the test, the main assemblies, working devices and complete equipment should be checked, and the following materials must be available.
1. New machinery and equipment must have product certificates and operating instructions. 2. Mechanical equipment that has undergone technical transformation must have reports, plans, drawings and factory inspection certificates approved by the relevant superior authorities. Mechanical equipment that has been repaired or reassembled and technologically transformed must have overhaul or assembly records and quality inspection records.

Article 1.0.9 Before conducting the test, attention should be paid to the following:wwW.bzxz.Net
1. You must be familiar with the technical documents, understand the technical performance of the machinery, formulate a plan, and make preparations. The test can only be carried out when conditions are met. 2. You must choose a road, ramp, site or a construction site with conditions that meets the test requirements.
3. Cleaning, inspection, adjustment, tightening and lubrication of machinery must be done well. Rust inhibitors and accumulated debris should be removed from all parts of new machinery. The machinery must be in normal technical condition to ensure the correctness of the test results.
Article 1.0.10 The relevant provisions of the "Technical Regulations for Safety in the Use of Construction Machinery" (JGJ33-86) and the relevant provisions in the machinery manual must be strictly followed during the test. Article 1.0.11 If any abnormal phenomenon is found during the test, the test should be stopped immediately and the test should be continued after the fault is eliminated. Article 1.0.12 After the test, the technical conditions or faults during the test should be carefully analyzed and handled. After confirming that they meet the requirements of this regulation, fill in the technical test report form, which shall be jointly signed by the participants in the test, and signed, filed and delivered for use by the company's chief mechanical engineer.
Article 1.0.13/All internal combustion engines, electrical systems and hydraulic systems installed on machinery shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of the relevant sections of Chapter 2 of this regulation. Article 1.0.14 For mechanical equipment not listed in this regulation and test requirements not mentioned, the mechanical equipment management department shall refer to relevant technical documents, formulate technical test plans, and conduct tests after approval by the company's chief mechanical engineer. Article 2.1.4 The following checks are required for the no-load test: 1. It should be able to start smoothly at the following ambient temperatures: 1.Diesel engine is not lower than 5℃.
2. Gasoline engine is not lower than -5℃.
3. Gasoline start or diesel engine started by gasoline engine is not lower than 0℃. 4. Start with electric motor, no more than three times, each continuous time shall not exceed 10s
2. Rapid operation after starting is stable, and it should run at low speed, medium speed and high speed. When it suddenly accelerates or decelerates, it will not turn off or stop. The carburetor and muffler should not have backfire or sudden explosion. The exhaust smoke color is normal and there is no overheating. 3. When running at normal temperature, there should be no abnormal noises as follows: 1. Knocking sound of main bearing and connecting rod bearing. 2. Knocking sound of piston and cylinder body.
3. Knocking sound of piston pin.

The joints of each pipeline and each sealing surface should not have defects such as water leakage, oil leakage, and air leakage, and the electrical circuit must ensure good insulation. 7. During acceleration, there should be no abnormal jet and oil injection at the oil filling pipe and vent pipe. For internal combustion engines in areas where environmental protection control has been implemented, the noise and emission standards must meet the requirements of national regulations.

The cylinder pressure should comply with the original factory regulations. At the normal speed of the starter (when the internal combustion engine is 100-150r/min), the difference in pressure between each cylinder of the gasoline engine should not exceed 5%, and the difference in pressure between each cylinder of the diesel engine should not exceed 8%. Article 2.1.5 Any problems found in the no-load test must be eliminated or necessary disassembly and inspection must be carried out.

Article 2.1.8 Internal combustion engines installed on machinery shall be tested for rated loads in combination with the machinery and the fuel consumption shall be measured. Article 2.1.9 The rated load test shall meet the requirements of item 1 to 8 in Article 2.1.4 above.
Article 2110 After the rated load test, check and verify the valve clearance and cylinder head bolt torque when the engine is hot. If metal shavings or leaking cooling water are found in the crankcase oil, they shall be disassembled for inspection and replaced.

Air compressor
Article 2.2.1 Pre-test inspection:
1. Check all welds, transition areas of the head and pressure-bearing components of the gas storage tank. There shall be no defects such as cracks, deformation, rust, leakage, etc., and there shall be a certificate of qualified pressure test. 2. Safety valves, control valves, operating devices, protective covers, couplings, etc. must be complete.
3. There shall be no water leakage, oil leakage, air leakage, or electric leakage at the joints of all pipelines and all sealing surfaces.
No-load test
Article 2.2.2 Open the inlet and exhaust valves at all levels, start the compressor and then stop the operation to check all parts. After no abnormal phenomenon, carry out idling operation from low speed to rated speed for 30 minutes.
Article 2.2.3 Requirements for no-load test.
1. There is no abnormal knocking sound during operation, and all fastening parts are not loose. 2. The clutch works sensitively and reliably, without slipping or heating. 3. When the diesel engine is running rapidly, the centrifugal clutch should be able to separate automatically and not drive the air compressor to operate.
, The oil pressure should meet the original factory regulations. For lubrication with a dripping device, it should generally be 25 to 30 drops per minute at normal speed.

All welding parts of the actuator should not have open welding. 7. The surface of the hydraulic cylinder and piston rod is smooth and undamaged. The dust ring and dust cover should be well sealed and not damaged.
8. The joint at the end of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod should be reliably connected. No-load test

Section 3 Hydraulic System
Article 2.3.1 Pre-test inspection,
