6.4.1 Sealing performance test
6.4.1.1 Special non-carbonic acid caps are capped with a capping machine at the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, tested with a sealing tester, pressurized to 200kPa and maintained under water for 1.tin, observe whether it is airtight, then increase the pressure to 350kPa, maintain the pressure for 1min, and observe whether the bottle cap is loose and popped out. 6.4.1.2 Cap the carbonated cap with a capping machine at the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, cut off the anti-theft ring, test with a sealing tester, pressurized to 690kFa, and maintained under water! min, observe whether there is leakage, then increase the pressure to 1207 kPa, maintain the pressure for 100min, and observe whether the bottle cap is loose and popped out.
6.4.2 Thermal stability test
6.4.2.1 After the bottle is filled with the nominal volume of water, use the capping machine to seal the non-carbonated water at the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, and place it sideways in a 1℃ ± 1℃ freezer for 24 hours, then invert it, and observe whether the bottle cap is burst or deformed, and whether the seal is leaking. 6.4.2.2 After the bottle is filled with the nominal volume of carbonated water containing 4.2±0.1 volume of carbon dioxide, use the capping machine to seal the carbonated water at the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, and place it in a 4℃ ± 1℃ freezer for 24 hours, then invert it, and observe whether the bottle cap is burst or deformed, and whether the seal is leaking.
6.4.2.3 After the bottle is filled with carbonated water with a nominal volume of 4.2±0.1 volume of carbon monoxide, the carbonated cap is sealed with a capping machine at the rated torque that meets the capping requirements. Place it in a 60℃ constant temperature box for 6 hours, then place it in a 32℃ constant temperature box for another 18 hours, and repeat three times. Observe whether the bottle cap bursts or flies off.
6.4.3 Drop performance test
6.4.3.1 After the nominal volume of water is injected into the bottle, use the capping machine to seal the non-carbonic acid cap according to the rated torque that meets the capping requirements. 6.4.4.1 After the nominal volume of water is filled into the bottle, a non-carbonated cap is sealed with a capping machine according to the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, and placed at 4℃±1℃ for 24 hours. The samples are divided into 4 groups and tested separately on a steel ball impact tester (steel ball 41mm286cm, smooth surface). The steel ball is 762mm high and falls freely to the position of the bottle cap: vertically falling to the top center; vertically falling to the bottom edge; at an angle of 45° with the edge of the bottle cap; vertically falling to the side wall of the bottle cap. Observe whether the bottle cap is broken, damaged, or whether the bottle falls off. GB/T 17876--2010
6.4.4.2 After the bottle is filled with carbonated water containing 4.2±0.1% carbon dioxide in nominal volume, the bottle is sealed with a capping machine at the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, and placed at room temperature for 24 hours. The samples are divided into 4 groups and tested separately on a steel ball impact tester (steel ball 441mm, 286 surface finish). The steel ball is 762mm above the bottle cap and falls on the bottle cap from the following positions: vertically at the center of the top; vertically at the edge of the top, at an angle of 45 to the edge of the bottle cap; vertically at the side wall of the bottle cap. Observe whether the bottle cap is broken or damaged, and whether the bottle cap falls off. 6.4.5 Opening torque test
Seal the bottle with a capping machine at the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, and place it at room temperature for 24 hours. Use an accuracy greater than 0.1 Nm torque meter to test the torque.
6.4.6 Physical test of anti-theft ring
Use a capping machine to cap at the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, and observe whether the connecting bridge of the anti-theft ring of the bottle cap is broken. Place it at room temperature for 24 hours, and use a torque meter with an accuracy greater than 0.1 N·m to test the opening torque and twisting torque, and seal the cap with a new cap to observe whether the connecting bridge of the anti-theft ring is obviously damaged.
6.5 Grease overflow performance test
6. 5. 1 Fill the clean bottle with the nominal capacity of pure water and seal it with a non-magnetic cap. Place it at room temperature for 24 hours, shake it for 5 hours, and then place it sideways in a 42 ℃ constant temperature box for 48 hours. From the time of placement, every 24 hours h Observe whether there is grease on the surface of the liquid in the bottle.
