Introduction to standards:

JB/T 9893-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J51 005-89 "Installation and connection dimensions of ball screw nut pair". The technical content has been modified as follows: 1. The installation and connection dimensions of ball nuts of three series, including external circulation embedded lead ball screw pair, external circulation protruding large lead ball screw pair, and external circulation embedded micro ball screw pair, have been added. 2. All the terms and codes used in this standard have been modified in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 17587.1-1998 "Ball Screw Pair Part 1: Terms and Symbols". 3. The countersunk hole dimensions on the ball nut flange have all been modified in accordance with GB/T 152.2-1998 "Countersunk Holes for Countersunk Fasteners", and the relevant dimensions have been adjusted. The standards that complement this standard are: GB/T 17587.1-1998 Ball screw pairs Part 1: Terms and symbols GB/T 17587.2-1998 Ball screw pairs Part 2: Nominal diameters and nominal lead - metric series GB/T 17587.3-1998 Ball screw pairs Part 3: Acceptance conditions and acceptance inspection JB/T 3162.4-1993 Ball screw pairs - Screw shaft end type dimensions This standard specifies the ball nut installation and connection dimensions of commonly used ball screw pairs. This standard applies to the following six types of metric ball screws used in machine tools and various mechanical products: a) Internal circulation ball screws (including floating reverse type and fixed reverse type); b) External circulation embedded ball screws; c) External circulation protruding ball screws; d) External circulation embedded large lead ball screws; e) External circulation protruding large lead ball screws; f) External circulation embedded miniature ball screws. Other structures can be used as a reference. The ball nut installation and connection dimensions of cold-rolled ball screws should also be used as a reference. This standard was first issued in March 1989. JB/T 9893-1999 Ball screw ball nut installation and connection dimensions JB/T9893-1999 Standard download decompression password: www.bzxz.net

Some standard content:

This standard is revised on the basis of JB/T 9893-1999 "Nut Installation Connection Dimensions". The technical contents of the original standard are not adapted to the needs of scientific and technological development. The following technical contents have been modified and supplemented: the installation connection dimensions of ball nuts of three series, including external circulation embedded large lead ball screw pair, external circulation protruding large lead ball screw pair, and external circulation embedded miniature ball screw pair, have been added. The terms and codes used in this standard are all modified in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17587.1-1998 "Ball Screw Pair Part 1: Terms and Symbols". The countersunk hole dimensions on the flange of the ball nut are all modified in accordance with GB/T152.2-1988 "Countersunk Holes for Countersunk Fasteners", and the relevant dimensions are adjusted together. The standards matching this standard are:
GB/T17587.1—1998 Ball screw pair Part 1: Terms and symbols GB/T17587.2--1998 Ball screw pair Part 2: Nominal diameter and nominal lead Metric series
GB/T17587.3—1998 Ball screw pair Part 3: Acceptance conditions and acceptance inspection JB/T3162.4-—1993 Ball screw pair Screw shaft end type dimensions This standard replaces ZBJ51005-89 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
Appendix B of this standard is the appendix of the suggestion.
This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metal Cutting Machine Tools. This standard is organized by the Rolling Function Components Branch of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metal Cutting Machine Tools. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Beijing Machine Tool Research Institute. The drafting organizations of this standard include Nanjing Technology Equipment Manufacturing Plant, Hanjiang Machine Tool Plant, and Shandong Jining Screw Factory. This standard was first issued in March 1989.
