6.4.1 The product shall be subjected to a sealing test at a test pressure of 70% of the rated working pressure of the blowout preventer. 6.4.2 Products of the same type are grouped into batches of no more than 30 pieces, and one piece is sampled from each batch for testing. The pressure is 100% of the rated working pressure of the blowout preventer for sealing test. If the sampling result is unqualified, double the sample should be taken for re-testing. If it is still unqualified after re-testing, the batch is unqualified. 6.5 Products of the same type are grouped into batches of no more than 30 pieces, and one piece is sampled from each batch for sealing test without drill pipe. If the test result is unqualified, double the sample should be taken for re-testing. If it is still unqualified after re-testing, the batch is unqualified. 6.6 Before new products of various types and sizes are put into production, fatigue tests are required. A2.1 Drill pipe sealing test
A2.1.1 Apply oil to the rubber core, install it into the BOP housing, and then install the drill pipe (the drill pipe specifications are specified in Table 4). A2.1.2 Fill the inner cavity of the BOP body with water. A2.1.3 Close the BOP according to the closing pressure recommended by the main engine manufacturer. A2.1.4 Apply pressure to the bottom of the rubber core to the specified well pressure (70% of the rated working pressure or 100% of the rated working pressure), and stabilize the pressure for 3 minutes. A2.2 Sealing test without drill pipe
A2.2.1 Apply oil to the rubber core and install it into the BOP housing. A2.2.2 Fill the inner cavity of the BOP body with water. A2.2.3 Close the BOP according to the closing pressure recommended by the main engine manufacturer. A2.2.4 Apply pressure to the bottom of the rubber core to the specified well pressure (50% of the rated working pressure) and stabilize the pressure for 3 minutes. A2.3 Fatigue test
A2.3.1 Apply oil to the rubber core and install it into the BOP housing, and then install the drill pipe (the drill pipe specifications are specified in Table 4). A2.3.2 Close the BOP according to the closing pressure recommended by the main engine manufacturer. A2.3.3 Apply pressure to 70% of the rated working pressure of the BOP at the bottom of the rubber core, stabilize the pressure for 3 minutes and then release the pressure, which constitutes a cycle. A2.3.4 After every 20 cycles, open the BOP, observe the changes in the rubber core, and measure the inner diameter of the rubber core. Measure the inner diameter every 5 minutes until 30 minutes, and record the situation and the inner diameter values. A2.3.5 Repeat steps A2.3.2, A2.3.3, and A2.3.4 until 365 cycles. A3 Test results
No leakage is qualified.
