QB/T2530--2001
Table 1 No. 20 Mechanical properties test shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10357.4~10357.5. Note: If there is no distinction between household and commercial labels, it shall be treated as commercial. 7 Inspection rules
7. 1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. Type inspection assesses the product grade, and factory inspection assesses the product grade within the validity period of type inspection.
7.2 Inspection item classification
Inspection items are divided into basic items, graded items and general items. 7.2.1 Basic items are key chain items. If there are ~ items that are unqualified, the product can be judged as unqualified. 7.2.2 The grading items shall be graded as specified in Table 1. 7.2.3 General items are minor defect items. The number of non-conformities allowed for different product grades may also be different. 7.3 Type inspection
Type inspection is a comprehensive assessment of product quality, that is, an inspection of the technical requirements specified in the standard. 7.3.1
7.3.2 Type inspection shall be conducted by sampling inspection, and products shall be randomly selected from the products within the inspection cycle. a) The number of samples for products in units of pieces is 2 pieces, 1 piece is sealed, and 1 piece is sent for inspection: b) The number of samples for products in units of sets is 2 sets, 1 set is sealed, and 1 set is sent for inspection (if there are multiple identical pieces in a set of products, 1 piece is sent from the identical pieces, and the rest are also sealed). 7.3.2 Grading and evaluation of inspection results
7.3.2.1 The results of the single-piece inspection are divided into Grade A products, Grade B products, Grade C products, and unqualified products. ) Grade A products, i.e. superior products: all basic items and all advanced items are qualified, and three or less (including three) grade B or C items are allowed in the graded items, but the durability should be grade A; b) Grade B products, i.e. first-class products: all basic items are qualified, two grade C items are allowed in the graded items, and three general items are allowed to be unqualified, but the durability should be grade B or above (including grade B) a) Grade C products, i.e. qualified products: all basic items are qualified, and all graded items are grade C or above (including grade C), and four general items are allowed to be unqualified:
d) Unqualified products: products below the requirements of grade C products are unqualified products. 7.3.2.2 For the grade assessment of complete sets of products, first assess the grade of each product separately according to 7.3.2.1, and take the lowest grade as the quality grade of the set of products.
7.3.3 Re-inspection rules
If the type inspection fails, a re-inspection can be carried out. The re-inspection rules shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.7 of QB/T1951.1-1994. The re-inspected products are only judged to be qualified or not. For products that pass the re-inspection, the inspection conclusion shall be "re-inspection qualified", and the quality grade cannot be assessed.
7.3.4 The determination of grade A and grade B products shall be based on the physical quality level inspection certificate issued by the national testing center, the industry's full-time inspection agency or the inspection agency commissioned by the state or industry. Grade C products shall be determined by the enterprise itself. 7.4 Factory inspection
7.4.1 Factory inspection is the inspection that should be carried out when the product leaves the factory or is delivered. 7.4.2 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the items listed in 1 to 13 in Table 1. The unit product grade assessment shall be in accordance with the provisions of 7.3.2. 7.4.3 Inspection rules
QB/T2530--2001
7.4.3.1 Factory inspection shall be conducted by the enterprise quality inspection department within the validity period of the qualified type inspection of this product. 7.4.3.2 If the technical indicators of the product inspection results meet the requirements of the type inspection, the product shall be shipped according to the product grade assessed during the type inspection. If the product is lower than the requirements of the type inspection, it shall be shipped downgraded. Unqualified products shall not be shipped. 7.4.4 Factory inspection shall be conducted in full quantity, but when full inspection is difficult, sampling inspection can be conducted. 7.4.5 Sampling and batching rules
During sampling inspection, the master sample shall be numbered and the specified number of pieces shall be randomly selected according to the provisions of Table 2. 7.4.6 Judgment rules
The quality of the batch of products shall be evaluated according to the provisions of Table 2 after the sampling inspection results. 7.4.6.1 For products determined as Class A or Class B products by type inspection, when the number of non-conforming products in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified determination number A, the batch of products is determined to be a batch that meets the assessment grade; when the number of non-conforming products in the sample is greater than or equal to the unqualified determination number R, the batch of products is determined to be a batch that does not meet the assessment grade; 7.4.6.2 For products determined as Class C products by type inspection, when the number of non-conforming products in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified determination number R, the batch of products is determined to be a qualified batch; when the number of non-conforming products in the sample is greater than or equal to the unqualified determination number R, the batch of products is determined to be a batch that does not meet the assessment grade.
