This part specifies the types and dimensions of cable-wound gaskets for pipe flanges. This part applies to flanges with a nominal pressure of TN1.0--PN26.CMPa. 2 Normative references

GB/T4622.3 Technical conditions for single-piece gaskets 3 Whole piece type
The gasket should be one of the following types:
a) Basic type
b) Inner ring
C) With positioning ring:
Inner ring and positioning ring are also included.
Figure 1 shows the type of gasket. Typical structure of the gasket. For flat or wide face flanges, the design should be modified to meet the requirements of the fixed ring specified in Table 3. The spacing between the sealing element and the locating ring should ensure that the element will not fall off the gasket during normal operation. Method: The shape of the gasket strip can be selected by the manufacturer. Note 2. The gasket material can be used as a universal component. 4 and flange rate sealing Applicable wall type 4.1 For flat (ET type) or raised face (RF type) flanges, the flanges for flat or raised face methods should be equipped with locating rings as much as possible. The flanges for PN6.?MPa and PN5.4MPa and above can be modified with PTFE (PTFE) material. The two types of gaskets applicable to flat (FF type) and raised face (RF type) methods are shown in Figure 2. Note: For flanges of PN3.C.PV3.5, P4.C and P5.VP, the flanges with internal rings V1, nN1, FMI can only be equipped with internal pressure, and the flanges with internal pressure and internal pressure are equipped with locating seals.
