1 Scope
Technical requirements for mine fall arresters
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection specifications, packaging and storage of fall arresters. This standard is applicable to fall arresters with single-entry cage type arresting mechanism and special brake wire. 2. Normative references

3 Technical requirements

3.1.1 The modified fall device shall meet the requirements of the vehicle standard and be approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The materials of the parts of the fall device shall have the manufacturer's certificate card and can only be used after re-inspection. 3.1.3 Parts should be tested and certified. Outsourced parts should have a qualification certificate and can be assembled only after verification. 3.1.4 The connection of the plug should be firm and have anti-loosening measures. 3.1.5 The pins of the chain of the catcher should be chrome-plated, and the surfaces of the parts of the fall-assist device should be coated with anti-drop and anti-speed coating. The surface dirt should be removed before coating. The coating should be uniform in color. There should be no defects such as deflection, running, and slipping. 3.1. In the machined parts drawings, the parts with tolerances in the ruler should be marked according to the requirements of GH/114. 3.3 Main sample requirements

3.4 Assembly requirements
