This standard is a revision of CB/T295-1999 <Marine nest ventilator>CB/T 295-1999 was directly adjusted from GB3887-83 in June 1999 according to the State Council's "Notice on the Transformation of Professional Standards and National Standards after Rectification" and the original "Notice on the Identification of Ship Professional Standards and Relevant National Standards as Industry Standards" of the former China Shipbuilding Corporation. This revision adds nine specifications to the B, C, and D type heat shields, improves the structure, and changes the installation form of the rodent and insect nets (or fireproof nets) of the fire shield from the original installation inside the shield to the installation outside the shield for easy maintenance. This standard is in line with GB/T 8029-1996 "Technical Conditions for Marine Wind Turbines", and is not applicable to inland ships. Inland ships shall comply with GB/T 346792. This standard replaces CB/T 295-1999 from the date of implementation. This standard is issued by the National Shipbuilding Industry Technical Committee and is owned by Jiangnan Yufan (Group) Co., Ltd. The main contributors of this standard are Yu Yuye, Yu Wen and Yang An. This standard was first issued in 1964 and revised for the first time in October 1988 and used as a national standard. It was approved as an industry standard in June 1999.
