Some standard content:
GB/T4440—1998 This standard is based on GB4440—84 "Adjustable wrench" and is revised by adopting the committee draft ISO/CD6787:1996 "Adjustable wrench for screw and nut assembly tools" of the International Organization for Standardization. Its main technical content is consistent with ISO/CD6787:1996. This standard adds the specifications of adjustable wrenches and modifies the small shoulder gap test method of adjustable wrenches according to ISO/CD6787:1996. This revision incorporates the entire contents of GB4441-84 "Inspection rules, marking and packaging of adjustable wrenches" into this standard after revision. This standard replaces GB4440--84 and GB4441--84 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the China Light Industry Federation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, and the participating drafting units are Shanghai Labor Machinery Factory, etc. The main drafters of this standard are Lin Meide and Zhou Yanmou. 267 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Adjustable wrenches GB/T4440--1998 neq IS0/CD 6787:1996 Replaces GB4440--84www.bzxz.net GB 4441--84 This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of adjustable wrenches. Example A 150mm adjustable wrench should be marked as: Adjustable Wrench 150GB/T4440 4 Technical Requirements 4.1 Hardness The hardness of an adjustable wrench should not be less than 40HRC. 4.2 Torque The adjustable wrench should be able to withstand the minimum test torque specified in Table 2. Bm Table 2 Minimum test torque 4.3 Assembly performance Width across flats of hexagonal test bar 4.3.1 The spanner should move flexibly on the full stroke of the spanner body guide rail. baia Minimum test torque M 4.3.2 The gap between the spanner and the small shoulder of the spanner body is expressed by measuring the deflection of the spanner, and its maximum deflection j shall not exceed the provisions of Table 3. 269 4.4 Surface treatment GB/T 4440-1998 Table 3 Maximum gap Measurement distance d Deflection jima The adjustable wrench should be electroplated or otherwise surface treated. The surface of the electroplated adjustable wrench should be uniform in color, without defects such as pores, plating leakage, burning and delamination, and the coating thickness should not be less than 8um. 4.5 Surface quality 4.5.1 The adjustable wrench should not have cracks, burrs, obvious gaps, scale and other defects, and the handle should be straight. 4.5.2 The surface roughness R. value of the double plane of the adjustable wrench head should not be greater than 3.2μm, and the surface roughness R. value of the working surface should not be greater than 12.5μm. 5 Test method 5.1 Dimension inspection The dimensions of the adjustable wrench are inspected by universal measuring tools. The opening S refers to the opening size between the two vertical surfaces when the wrench is moved to the maximum distance from the vertical surface of the wrench body. 5.2 Assembly performance inspection 5.2.1 The inspection of the flexible movement of the wrench is carried out by rotating the worm with the thumb and index finger. 5.2.2 Inspection of the maximum deflection of the movable wrench and the wrench body As shown in Figure 2, the deflection measured on any side should not exceed the maximum value specified in Table 3. d=bma 5mm Jiang is one in 1) bmin is the minimum depth of the wrench. Figure 2 Measurement of the deflection of the wrench and the wrench body 5.3 Hardness test The hardness test of the adjustable wrench is carried out on the wrench body, the double plane of the wrench mouth close to the mouth surface and the end face of the worm according to the provisions of GB/T230. 270 5.4 Torque test GB/T 4440—1998 The torque test of the adjustable wrench adopts the hexagonal test bar specified in Table 2, and its hardness should not be less than 55HRC, and the tolerance band is h8. The torque test is carried out in the manner shown in Figure 3, from both positive and negative directions. The corners of the hexagonal test bar should contact the guide surface of the wrench body, and the load is applied slowly and steadily. When the minimum test torque is reached, it is maintained for 1 minute. After unloading, the adjustable wrench shall not have permanent deformation or other damage that may affect its performance. The torque test value is calculated by multiplying the load by the distance between the load point and the test center. When a torque test device with a rotating test rod is used, the torque concentration is ±2.5%. Load Hexagonal test rod 5.5 Inspection of electroplating thickness Load distance Figure 3 Torque test The inspection of electroplating thickness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4955. In case of dispute, arbitration inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6462. 5.6 Surface quality inspection The surface quality of the adjustable wrench shall be visually inspected. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Products shall be shipped only after passing the inspection and shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 6.2 The inspection of products shall be carried out item by item according to the secondary sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. 6.3 The classification of non-conforming products, inspection items, qualified quality level AQL (number of non-conforming products per 100 units of products) and inspection level IL of the acceptance inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. Table 4 Classification of non-conforming products, inspection items, qualified quality level AQL and inspection level IL Sequence Classification of non-conforming products Inspection items Basic dimensions Wrench runout Flexibility Coating thickness Surface quality Qualified quality level AQL 6.4 The manufacturer shall replace the non-conforming products found in the acceptance inspection and the samples after the destructive test. 6.5 The products rejected after inspection may be reclassified or repaired by the manufacturer before submission for acceptance. Inspection Level IL Packaging, marking, transportation and storage GB/T4440—1998 Under normal storage conditions, the anti-rust period of the product is one year. Its packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5305. 272 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
