1.1.2 The top of the louver box should be rainproof and infiltration-proof, and properly inclined: Eaves and drainage grooves are provided. 1.1.8 The shutters around the shutter box should be made into an "in" shape, with an angle of about 90°. The spacing between the shutters is one-half of the height of the corner formed by the shutters: (such as the A section size in the figure), and the inner wall should be a mesh with a hole diameter of 1 to 1.5 mm. 1.1.4 The internal dimensions of the shutter box should be selected according to the number of samples to be placed, and generally should not be less than the size specified in the figure. The sample rack should consider the load of the sample, and require that the sample spacing should be kept not less than 10 mm, and the row spacing of the sample rack should not be less than 100 mm. The bottom of the box should be no less than 500 mm from the ground.
1.1.5 The inside and outside of the shutter box and the shutter doors should be painted in color. 1.1.6 When designing the shutter box, consider the location of the public meteorological measuring instrument. 1.2 Measuring instruments
1.2.1 Maximum and minimum temperature.
1.2.2 Dynamic temperature and humidity recorder or filter ball thermometer. 1.2.3 The rust assessment plate is made of a colorless transparent sheet (such as organic glass) with a thickness of 0.5~1mm. In the middle of a 50mm×50mm square, 100 4 mm×4 mm squares are engraved with a line of 1.1mm in a range of 40mm×40mm. 1.3 Materials
1.3.1 The test piece is selected according to the materials specified in Table 1, and its size is 50mm×50mm×3~5mm. Other materials and sizes are determined by negotiation between the parties.
1.3.2 The crushing agent steam extraction or petroleum ether meets the quality standards of NY-120Y-90 in GB1922-80 "Solvents". 1.3.3 Ethanol meets the quality indicators in GB678-78 "Anhydrous Ethanol". 1.3.4 Absorbent cotton. Absorbent gauze (medical). Material name

The louvered boxes should be placed on the site (or on the roof platform), and there should be no large buildings, trees or other obstructions that block the sun within 5m around the boxes, and the test surface of the sample should face south. Two or more louvered boxes should be kept at a sufficient distance from each other, generally not less than twice the height of the box. 3 Preparation of test specimens
GB 5819-85
3.1 The metal test specimens of 1.3.1 are selected as the test specimens and are polished in the direction parallel to the line connecting the centers of the two holes. Steel and cast iron sheets are polished with 180 grit sandpaper or sandpaper (which can be pre-polished with a flat bed); copper and aluminum sheets are polished with 240 grit sandpaper or sandpaper, and the surface roughness Ra is 0.4~0.8μm. The edges, corners and holes of the test specimens should be polished. 8.2 Remove the sand particles from the surface of the polished test specimens, and use two layers of solvent gasoline (or petroleum ether) and two layers of anhydrous ethanol to wipe them with absorbent cotton one by one, and then use absorbent gauze to wipe them while blowing them off with hot air. After the test specimens are cleaned and dried, they are wrapped with filter paper and placed in a dryer for use. The standby time of the test specimens shall not exceed 24h. 9.3 The number of test specimens depends on the storage exposure time and the number of inspections. Three test specimens are required for each inspection. 3. The sealing of the test piece with anti-rust material shall be carried out in accordance with the following requirements. 4. The sealing method of anti-rust grease shall be carried out in accordance with SY2755-80 "Preparation Method of Anti-rust Test Specimen with Anti-rust Grease". b. The sealing method of other anti-rust materials shall be carried out in accordance with the technical conditions and process guidance documents of various professional anti-rust packaging. 3.5 The simulated packaging shall select representative product parts or test pieces specified in Table 1 to prepare the test pieces in accordance with professional standards. 3.6 If the test piece needs to be drilled, the hole diameter shall not exceed 3mm and shall be outside the effective test area. 4 Marking of the test piece
4.1 The mark or number of the test piece shall be printed outside the effective test area in the lower right corner of the test piece. 4.2 For the test piece that is not suitable for printing, the mark plate shall be made of a material that does not produce a corrosive atmosphere and placed in a position that does not contact the test piece in an appropriate manner.
1. The marking or numbering shall be simple, easy to recognize and durable. 5 Test procedure
Exposure of the test piece
The test piece shall be left in the following manner.
There is no contact between the specimens or with any material that may cause contact corrosion. b. Corrosion products and droplets containing corrosion products will not fall from one specimen surface to another. c. The specimens of the same batch should be placed on the specimen rack in the order of removal and inspection, and should be fixed to prevent them from falling off. d. The test surface of the specimen should be placed facing south. Unless otherwise specified, the test surface should be inclined at 45°. 5.2 Test cycle
The total test cycle depends on the type of specimen and the month of the test. Generally, storage exposure is carried out for 1, 2, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 months.
5.3 Test record
5.3.1 The test was recorded as follows from the month of exposure: a. Sample number or mark: b. Location and date of exposure;
Description of the surface appearance of the sample before the test:
The period and number of each inspection;
Detailed description of the changes in the surface appearance of each sample before evaluation (including protective layer, corrosion status, etc.). Photographs of the samples should be taken before, during and after the test as much as possible. 5.3.2 The requirements for corrosion factors shall be recorded in accordance with the contents specified in Table A1 and Table A2 of Appendix A (Supplement). 6 Evaluation of test results
6.1 After the test, the sample should be cleaned and dried according to the cleaning method in Section 3.2, and then evaluated. 6.2 The evaluation of the rust of the test piece shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Evaluation Ferrous metal Non-ferrous metal Size of rust spots Not larger than millimeters Number of grids occupied by rust spots Rust gauge Appearance (compared with the surface of the new rubbed test piece) Corrosion severity Change (mR/emzy No change GB 5619—85 Rating of rust of the test piece Slight discoloration Obvious discoloration [00°C] 4 points or more Not specified 11 ~ 25 11 ~25

Note: ①Unless otherwise specified, the rust on the evaluation surface of each test piece, 5m away from the edge and around the hole, will not be considered during the evaluation, but it should be noted in the report. Abnormal conditions such as darkening and loss of gloss on the test piece surface should also be noted in the report. ②The inducibility is 1%~3%, but there is a rust spot larger than or equal to 1m, and the rating is determined to be level 2. ③The change of the rust plate shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B Table B2 of GB4879·85 "Anti-packaging" or the provisions of the agreement. a G1, G: Weighing to n.001gF should be accurate to 0.01cm2. 6.3 The rust level of parts and components shall be graded according to the number of rust spots, rust spot size and changes in corrosion appearance specified in Table 2. 6.4 The rust level of the specimen shall be determined according to the following situations. When three specimens are of different levels, they shall be graded at the same level. a.
b. When two of the three specimens are of the same level and the other specimen does not exceed the same level, they shall be graded according to the same level specimens. When the levels of the three specimens are different but adjacent, they shall be graded at the middle level. C
When the level of one of the three specimens differs by more than two levels, it cannot be graded, or the report shall indicate that the parties have negotiated the grade. 65 Changes in rust-proof materials (including color, emulsification, melting, cracking, etc.) shall be noted in the report.
