Simple distillation of crude oil
(Reference No.)
Method A Simple evaluation of the crude oil can determine the type and characteristics of the crude oil: The crude oil can be easily distilled to obtain the yields of gasoline, kerosene, diesel, lubricating oil, etc. A2 Method Overview
The dehydrated crude oil is distilled at normal pressure and reduced pressure. The steaming process is divided into two parts: the first part is at 1333Pa (10mmIHg) pressure, steaming to 450℃ (Changzhou boiling point); the second part is at 133.3~266.6Pa (1~2mmHg) pressure, distilling to 500℃ (Changzhou boiling point)

Classification of key components of crude oil
Reference)
B1 The crude oil is subjected to simple distillation, and two key components with pressure boiling points of 250~275℃ and 395~425℃ are obtained by B2 distillation according to Appendix A (reference). The former represents the low boiling point component as the first component, and the latter represents the high boiling point component as the second component. The density of the two components can be determined according to GB1884 "Determination of Density of Petroleum and Liquid Petroleum Substitute Products by Density Meter (API Gravity)", or according to GB1885 "Oil Measurement Conversion Table" or the following formula to convert the density into API gravity:

Test Method for Saturated Vapor Pressure of Crude Oil (Air-to-Air Difference Method) (Reference)
This method is suitable for measuring the saturated vapor pressure of crude oil at various temperatures during the transportation process. C2 Method Overview
Use a German saturated vapor pressure tester. The set is a "locked door", the crude oil chamber is not filled with oil, the male-dairy is a "test egg" and the crude oil is filled with crude oil. The test is carried out: the test is a narrow range of oil and crude oil. The initial conditions must be studied. The crude oil is placed in a water bath. After the specified test temperature, the test symptoms are repeatedly stimulated. The difference between the maximum pressure read by the vigorous operation and the pressure produced by the spring is the pressure of the sample at the measuring temperature. C3 Instruments C3.1 Reid type saturated vapor pressure measuring instrument shall comply with the requirements of GB257 "Engine Fuel Saturation Test Method (Reid Method)", see Figure (1). The volume ratio of the gas pressure of the measuring instrument to the original gas pressure is 3.95~4.05. C3.21) Angle tube mercury pressure gauge shall comply with the requirements of GB257, see Figure c2. The slope of the glass tube is c5~8mm, and the scale plate measurement range is 0~800mm. Graduation price 1mm
C3.3 Constant temperature water bath
Storage depth can not hit the German saturated core pressure measuring instrument and its top needle valve: temperature range ~ 80, precision 10.3℃.
C3.4 Mercury thermometer
Measurement range 0~50℃, 50~100℃, graduation value 0.1℃: measurement range 0~50 yuan, graduation value 0.5 yuan C3.5 Sampler
1L gold bottle, glass bottle or material bottle, "1 part with inner diameter 0mm, sealed with cork lined with aluminum foil C3.6 Oil pressure The device is installed in a cork box lined with aluminum box. It is composed of a spring, a double ball, a rotary tube and a thermometer. The inlet pipe and the rotary tube are 200mm in diameter. The assembly of the oil device and the sampler is shown in Figure 3.3.7 Refrigerator capacity #1501, single-door refrigerator C3.8 Oven: 650mm×500mm×500mm. C3.9 Bench vise: not less than 20mm C3.10 High-quality rubber tube: inner diameter p3~6mm, length 0.6~0.8m.
C4 Sample preparation
(4.1 In addition to the requirements of GB4756 "Sampling Method for Oil Products (Part 1)", the following requirements of C4.2~4.5 must also be followed
2 Low-capacity sampler
SY751388
C43 For oil tankers, oil tankers and ships, the "sampling cage method" is used to sample at the designated position. Pour part of the sample from the full sample container so that the sample volume in the sample container is 0%~80% of the container capacity: then wrap a larger seal with lead and stick a cup label. Send the experiment,
1 Oil 2 Science Head Pipe 4 Valve
For transmission pipelines, sampling should be carried out before the pipeline is collected. Fill the sampler with the original sample, pour out part of the sample, so that the sampler is filled with 70%-80% of the container capacity. Immediately pack it in a soft and airtight box, attach a label, and send it to the experiment site (45). The sampler containing the oil sample should be kept airtight from the time the sample is obtained to the end of the test. It should be kept in a refrigerator or a cool place. If the sampler is found to have a leak, the sample will be discarded.
CS test preparation
Use the water filling method to check the volume of air in each sampler. It should be between 393 and 4.03. "In the air chamber for 10-

The capacity should include the volume of the rubber tube from the end of the chamber. C5.2 Each new sampler should be filled with 0.7M compressed air for pressure test before use. It can be used only if there is no leakage. C53 Replace the sampler with the oil sample and cover the sampler tightly. Connect the inlet pipe of the sampler with the transfer pipe with a short rubber tube. Put this sampler and the crude oil chamber into an oven at a constant sampling temperature: keep the temperature for half an hour, let the sampler fully stir, and then continue to put it in the oven to keep the temperature.
