If the user complies with the installation and use rules of the fan, within 18 months after delivery (calculated from the date of shipment), if the fan is damaged or cannot work normally due to manufacturing quality problems, the manufacturer should repair or replace parts for the user free of charge. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 A turning arrow and product label should be installed in a conspicuous position on the fan casing. The label content should at least include: a) Model and name:
b) Main technical parameters: fan total pressure (or static pressure), flow, motor power, speed, maximum temperature of the medium: c) Product number:
d) Manufacturing date;
e) Manufacturer name and trademark.
7.1.2 The size and technical requirements of the product label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 7.2 Packaging and transportation
7.2.1 The ventilator should be packed in a box as a whole as far as possible. If it is inconvenient to pack the whole, it can be packed in parts, but measures must be taken to ensure that the installation clearance and coaxiality of the product after on-site installation meet the product technical requirements. 7.22 The ventilator should be leveled, clamped and bolted in the box. Disassembly tools and other parts should also be fastened and fixed in the gaps in the box to prevent movement and displacement during transportation. 7.2.3 The documents accompanying the ventilator are:
a) Product certificate;
b) Product manual or sample;
c) Packing list (complete set supply list); d) Photocopy of the registration certificate for the fire smoke exhaust ventilator. 5
JB/T10281—2001
7.2.4 The dimensions and weight of the packaging box shall comply with the regulations of the transportation department. 7.2. 5
The structure of the packaging box shall take into account the convenience of lifting, handling, long-distance transportation, multiple loading and unloading, and climatic conditions, and shall be suitable for water and land transportation, so as to avoid product damage, quality reduction or loss of parts due to poor packaging. 6
