This part specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking and packaging requirements for YB2-W, YB2-TH, YB2-THW, YB2-TA, YB2-TAW series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors. This part is applicable to flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors (frame size 63 to 355) (hereinafter referred to as motors) for outdoor locations (code W), humid tropical locations (code TH), outdoor humid tropical locations (code THW), dry tropical locations (code TA), and outdoor dry tropical locations (code TAW).

The type, basic parameters and dimensions of the motor shall comply with the provisions of JB7565--1999. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 In addition to complying with the provisions of this section, the technical requirements of the motor shall also comply with the provisions of JB7565--1999. 4.2 The motor shall be able to operate normally in the operating environment conditions listed in Table 1. 4.3 The motor adopts F-class insulation. When the operating environment conditions meet the requirements of 4.2 of this section, the temperature rise of the stator winding (resistance method) shall not exceed 80K (the 2nd and 4th poles of frame 315L and frame 355 are allowed to be assessed at 100K), and the maximum surface temperature of the shell (thermometer method) JB/T7565.2-2002
shall not exceed 120℃.
4.4 The motor shall have moisture-proof performance. After the motor is subjected to 12 cycles (W, TH, THW, TAW) or 6 cycles (TA) 40℃ alternating damp heat test according to GB/T2423.4, it shall meet the requirements of 4.2 in GB/T12351--1990, and the flameproof surface shall not be corroded. 4.5 The design, material selection and process requirements of the motor shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of JB/T4159-1999. The metal flameproof surface shall have anti-rust measures, such as electroplating, phosphating, and coating with 204-1 anti-rust oil, but paint is not allowed. 4.6An anti-humidity heater can be installed inside the motor. The power of the heater should be able to make the air temperature near the part that needs to be protected inside the casing at least 5K higher than the ambient temperature.
When designing and installing the heater, it should be considered that the heating temperature of the heater will not cause the insulation nearby to exceed its heat-resistant temperature. Table 1

4.7 The enclosure protection level of "W", THW", "TAW" motors shall not be lower than IP55. In addition to complying with the provisions of GB/T4942.1, its technical requirements shall also meet the following requirements: a) After the dustproof test, no dust shall enter the bearing chamber: b) After the waterproof test, no water shall enter the junction box, bearings and end cover stoppers. 4.8 The selection and quality requirements of the motor surface paint shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.5 in GB/T12351-1990. 4.9 The electroplated parts and chemically treated parts of "TII", "THW", "TA", "TAW" motors shall comply with the provisions of 2.5 of JB/T4159-1999 after the salt test according to GB/T2423.17. 4.10 "TH" and "THW" motors shall have resistance performance. The insulation and plastic parts or materials exposed to the air shall not exceed the level 3 requirements specified in GB/T2423.16 after a 28-day long exposure test, that is, the long capsule area shall not exceed 25% to 50%. 4.11 "W" motors shall be subjected to low temperature resistance test according to GB/T2423.1. At the test temperature, the bearing grease shall not solidify, the motor shall be able to start normally, and the lead wires and plastic and rubber parts shall not crack. 2 "TA" and "TAW" motors shall be subjected to high temperature resistance test according to GB/T2423.2 Test. Under the test temperature, the motor should be able to operate normally.
5 Test methods
5.1 In addition to complying with the provisions of this section, the test methods of motors shall also comply with the provisions of JB7565--1999. 5.2 The alternating damp heat test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2423.4. 5.3 The salt chip test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2423.17. 5.4 The enclosure protection test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4942.1, and its installation method shall be consistent with the installation structure type of the motor. 5.5 The long Fei test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2423.16. 5.6 High and low temperature performance tests can be carried out when the product structure is finalized or when there are major changes in the structure and process. The high temperature test method shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2423.2. The test temperature is 55℃±3℃, and the operation The time is 2h.
