Subject content and scope of application
1.0.1 This standard is applicable to absorbing or eliminating vibration caused by air flow pulsation or impact in DN50~DN600 pipelines.
1.0.2 This standard specifies the series size, technical condition inspection, paint, packaging and marking of vibration absorbers.

3.1 Structural type
3.1.1 Initial working load The fixed pipe shock absorber is mainly composed of spring, cylinder, lifting ring, tie rod, basket nut, nameplate, etc. The structure is shown in Figure 3.1.1.

4.1.1 The material shall comply with the requirements of the drawing, and the material shall comply with the national standard or the standard of the Ministry of Metallurgy, and have a quality guarantee.
4.1.2 The spring material is 60Si2Mn, and the hardness after heat treatment is HRC45~50. 4.2 Manufacturing
4.2.1 The limit deviation of the unspecified tolerance size shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of GB1804 "Tolerances and Fits Limit Deviations of Unspecified Tolerance Sizes". 4.2.2 The overall welding and assembly welding parts of the pipeline vibration damper shall be welded. The joint structure shall comply with the relevant provisions in GB985 "Basic Types and Dimensions of Manual Arc Welding Joints", and the welding rod shall be 422.
Before welding, the slag, rust, oil stains and 4.2.3
debris that affect the welding quality in the weld area shall be removed.
The weld shall have good penetration and surface quality. The height of the fillet weld shall not be less than the minimum thickness dimension of the welded parts. The thread surface and rotating parts shall be coated with butter, and the thread shall be protected. The spring manufacturing shall comply with the relevant provisions in GB1239 "Ordinary Cylindrical Helical Spring". The load category of the spring design shall be classified as second.
The load accuracy of the spring shall be second.
