Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Winding Wire Enameling Equipment Subject Content and Scope of Application Technical Requirements This standard specifies the technical requirements for winding wire varnish insulation electric heating baking equipment. JB/T5813-91 This standard applies to equipment for baking single or composite varnish films on round or rectangular conductors to manufacture enameled wires, referred to as enameling equipment. This standard should be used together with JB/T5814.6 "Basic Parameters of Special Equipment for Wires and Cables Part 6: Enameling Equipment" and JB/T5812 "Type and Size of Winding Wire Enameling Equipment" standards. The provisions of this standard apply to product design, manufacturing, acceptance, identification and quality assessment. 2 Reference standards GB2900 Electrical terminology GB4457~4460 Mechanical drawing GB4728 Graphic symbols for electrical diagrams JB/T5814.6 Basic parameters of special equipment for wires and cables Part 6: Enameling equipment JB/T5812 Type and size of winding wire enameling equipment JB/DQ8124 3 Terms Basic technical requirements for cable equipment 3.1 The definitions of terms in this standard adopt the interpretations of GB2900 and related standards. 4 Usage characteristics 4.1 Usage environment conditions The workshop where the enameling equipment is installed should be clean and tidy, and dust prevention measures should be taken. a. b. The temperature of the workshop where 0 and 1 W-type enameling equipment are installed should be maintained at 25~30C, and the relative humidity should be 60%±5%. Air conditioning equipment should be installed when necessary. Other workshops: W type not less than 20C L type not less than 15C The quality of water used in production should be deionized softened water. 4.2 Power supply voltage The voltage fluctuation should not exceed 5%. If conditions permit, an adjustable transformer should be installed, and the frequency fluctuation should not exceed 2%. 5 Models 5.1 The model of the enameling equipment is as specified in Table 1. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on October 17, 1991 and implemented on October 1, 1992 The type of enameling equipment is shown in Figure 1. 6 Specifications JB/T5813-91 The specifications of the enameling equipment should comply with the provisions of JB/T5814.6. 7 Basic technical requirements 7.1 General The design drawings of the enameling machine equipment should comply with the provisions of GB4457~4460. 7.1.2 Electrical graphic symbols shall comply with the provisions of GB4728. 7.1.3 Products shall be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 7.1.4 Self-made parts and components must be inspected and qualified according to regulations before they can be used for assembly. General processing quality requirements General mechanical processing shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.6. 7.2.2 Castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.3. 7.2.3 Welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.4, and the welding of the paint system must be airtight. 7.2.4 Forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.5. 7.2.5 Heat treatment shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.7. 7.2.6 Coating and appearance shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.11. 52 7.2.7 The take-up reel shall comply with the provisions of GB4006, 7.3 Assembly requirements JB/T5813-91 7.3.1 Before assembly, the accuracy of each link shall be reasonably allocated according to the drawings and assembly process documents. 7.3.2 For interference fit or single or optional parts, the relevant dimensions shall be strictly checked before assembly. 7.3.3 The level of the machine body, machine base, rotating body, and reel rack shall only be leveled, and strong pressure is not allowed. 7.3.4 The steering guide wheel is required to rotate flexibly and lightly. 7.3.5 The circulating fan should be installed in a flexible manner in both cold and hot states without rubbing or jamming. 7.3.6 The assembly of bearings shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of gears and worm transmission parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 7.3.7 The assembly of interference fits shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. 7.3.8 The assembly of fasteners shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of connectors shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly of brakes shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9. The assembly accuracy shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.9 unless otherwise specified in this standard. 7.3.13 During the final assembly of the equipment, the steering guide wheels and painted felts for the incoming and outgoing lines shall be kept on a central line. 7.4 Electrical system 7.4.1 Electrical materials, independent components and self-contained parts must comply with their respective standards or technical requirements and can only be used after acceptance. 7.4.2 The design, assembly and processing of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8124.10. 7.5 Material requirements 7.5.1 The furnace chamber of the drying furnace shall be made of heat-resistant stainless steel. 7.5.2 The heater shall be made of stainless steel jacket. The combustion chamber and circulation system shall be made of stainless steel. 7.5.3 The annealing furnace tube shall be made of heat-resistant stainless steel tube. Stainless steel is recommended for the guide wheel in the sealing groove of the annealing furnace. 7.5.4 The steering guide wheel is made of aluminum alloy, the guide guide is made of metal, the single-piece guide wheel is made of aluminum alloy, or phenolic resin (not recommended 7.5.51 ), and the multi-groove guide wheel is made of aluminum alloy. The surface of the guide wheel should be treated to increase the hardness, such as adding a layer of ceramic or spraying other wear-resistant materials. 7.6 Safety requirements 7.6.1 The equipment should have various signs and logos such as lubrication, operation (mechanical, electrical or pneumatic hydraulic) and safety that meet the specified requirements.
