1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, size, technical requirements, selection and marking requirements of one-piece elastic coupling for stirring transmission device.
This standard applies to the connection between the output shaft of the reducer and the drive shaft of the stirring transmission device. The drive shaft must be supported on a double-pivot frame, and the coupling only serves to transmit torque. This standard is not applicable to single-pivot frames and is not used as a coupling in a kettle. 103

3 Type, size, material
3.0.1·The type and size of the block elastic coupling shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 3.0.1 and Table 3.0.1. 3.0.2 The specifications of the coupling shall be determined according to the upper end shaft diameter d of the transmission shaft specified in HG21568. The shaft hole of the upper coupling of the coupling is determined by the shaft diameter of the selected reducer output shaft. It is allowed to use a combination of unequal shaft diameters of the reducer output shaft and the shaft diameter d of the upper end of the transmission shaft, but the shaft diameter shall not be greater than d1. Technical requirements
4.0.1 The unmarked dimension tolerance of the coupling shall comply with the IT14 grade of GB1804, and the unmarked shape and position tolerance shall comply with the B grade of GB1184.
4.0.2 The dimension and deviation of the keyway of the shaft hole shall comply with the provisions of GB1095. 4.0.3 The radial deviation of the upper and lower half couplings shall be allowed to be 0.2mm; the angular deviation shall be 30°. 4.0.4 The fit between the shaft hole and the shaft shall comply with the provisions of Table 4.0.4.
