Tightening torque according to JB/T5932.5 Table 3, after installation, the end size of the screw rod is shown in Figure 2 Sealing JB/T5932.191 Continued Table 2 Mud and sand shall not enter between the pin shaft and the pin sleeve Grease shall be applied between the pin sleeve and the pin shaft The assembly shall not have defects such as leakage and cracks 4.2 Each part of the crawler assembly shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5932.2~5932.5 and ZBJ85004.2 and Appendix A (supplement) of this standard. 5 Test method Straightness detection of the track link after press-fitting Measure at the inner side of the track surface near the pin sleeve. When measuring, the track link shall be tightened and leveled; or the assembly shall be pushed open and leveled while measuring the straightness of the inner side. 5.2 Test of rotation performance and rotation angle The crawler assembly should be lifted vertically and naturally straightened. Check that each section cannot be bent (the two sections at the end are allowed to be bent). Then turn the assembly to measure the positive and negative rotation angles between two adjacent sections. 6 Inspection rules Factory inspection The sampling inspection items, classification and qualified quality level (AQL) of the crawler assembly shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Tightening torque Side clearance J Other assembly and appearance requirements and dimensions of each item 2.5 6.1.2 Sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB2828, using a sub-sampling plan and a general inspection level of 1. The sample size code shall be determined by the manufacturer according to the production batch, or by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. During the inspection, if the number of defects in each item is equal to or less than the corresponding qualified judgment number (Ac), the batch of products shall be accepted, otherwise it shall be rejected. 6.2 Type inspection The rules for type inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/SQ58. Marking, packaging and transportation JB/T 5932.191 7.1 The track assembly can be shipped after assembly, or the track shoes can be bundled separately for shipment. They should be firmly bundled during shipment. 7.2 When the track shoes are shipped separately from the assembly, the track bolts, nuts, locking pins, seals and other parts should be shipped in packaging boxes. The parts should be clean when packed, and there should be waterproof paper in the box, and the packaging box should be firm and reliable. 7.3 The bundling packaging and box packaging should comply with the provisions of GB9174. The packaging type and protection method of the packaging box should be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties according to the storage and transportation conditions. 7.4 The packaging box should contain a packing list and product certificate. The certificate of conformity shall include the following contents: a. Manufacturer name and address: Product name and specification; Manufacture date (or number); Inspector signature and seal. The shipping mark on the packaging box shall indicate the following contents: a. Parts name, specification, quantity: Batch number and box number (or contract number); Box size (length × width × height): Net weight and gross weight; Packing date: Arrival station (port) and consignee; Departure station (port) and consignee 7.6 From the date of shipment, the manufacturer shall ensure that the product will not be rusted, damaged or lost due to improper packaging for at least one year under normal storage and transportation conditions.
