The rectangular copper wire specified in this standard can be used as a finished product or as an intermediate product. When used as an intermediate product, its dimensional deviation and surface condition may be supplemented by agreement between the two parties or by the relevant competent authorities. Model

The specifications of the rectangular copper wires shall comply with the provisions of Part 1 of GB5584-85. 5 Technical requirements

5.3 Bending
5.3.1 The hard copper fan wire is bent 90° with 6 sides. There should be no cracks on the surface. The diameter of the bent cylinder is selected according to the side size and should comply with the provisions of Table 4.
5.3.2 The soft copper flat wire is bent 90° with side a, and there should be no cracks on the surface. The diameter of the bent round bar is selected according to the size of side b and should comply with the provisions of Table 4.

5.4 Resistivity
The resistivity of copper flat wire shall comply with the requirements of Table 5. Type

6 Tests
The products shall be tested as specified in Table 2.
7 Delivery requirements
The delivery weight of copper flat wire in coils shall comply with the provisions of Table 6. 7.1
7.2 When delivered in strands as required, the length of each strand shall be 4~6\, the short section shall not be less than 2 strands, and the quantity shall not exceed 10% of the total delivery weight.
7.3 Based on the agreement between the two parties, delivery of copper flat wire of any weight or length is allowed. Table 6
