Some standard content:
QB/T 2442.1--1999 This standard is based on the requirements of the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision to clean up and rectify national standards. The original national standard GB6295.1-1986 "Pliers, twisting and shearing pliers, wire cutters" was changed to an industry standard (this standard was issued by the State Light Industry Bureau [1999] No. 112 document and converted to QB/T3853.1-1999, the content is the same as before). This standard is based on the original national standard GB6295.1--1986, and refers to the international standard ISO5746:1988 "Pliers and shearing pliers-wire cutters and electrician pliers dimensions and test values". The "A" and "B" classifications of the bending strength of the pliers handle in the original national standard have been cancelled, and the torque test has been added. This standard will replace GB6295.1-1986 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Administration of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute; participating drafting units are Shandong Weifang Pliers Factory, Sichuan Mianyang Tool Factory and Anhui Tool General Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Lin Meide, Cheng Yiping, Chen Anxin and Chen Fuqiang. 716 Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Clip and Twist Pliers Wire Cutter This standard refers to the international standard ISO5746:1988 "Clip and Shear Pliers Values". 1 Scope This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements and test methods of wire pliers. QB/T 2442.1—1999 Replaces QB/T3853.1-1999 Dimensions and test numbers of wire pliers and electrician pliers This standard applies to wire pliers. When there are special requirements for the product, it may not be restricted by this standard. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard.
