3.2 Welding length
3.2.1 The length of the nozzle is 3m1-9, the length of the welding reputation can be produced by the agreement between the supply and demand parties.
3.2.1.1 The welded pipe is usually supplied in fixed length or side length. When confirming the goods, the user should put forward his specific fixed length requirements.
3.2.2.2 The fixed length of the welded pipe should be within the normal length range. The allowable deviation is +Eeam.
3.2.2.3 The length of the welded pipe should be within the normal length range. The allowable deviation is +5mm. Each multiple length should have a cut margin of 5mm--15mm. 3.0.3 Appearance
3.0.3.1 The welded parts with a fixed length of 1m must not be more than 1.0m. 3.0.3.2 The ends of welded pipes shall be free of burrs. The two ends shall be perpendicular to the axis of the steel pipe. 3.0.4 Delivery shall be based on actual weight, and payment may be based on theoretical weight. Table 3.0.1 lists the commonly used theoretical weights. Theoretical weight calculation formula: Nickel (Type) Austrian stainless steel Rust-resistant male Tianda wood brocade system Where: W (. 4 Technical requirements
4.0.1 The chemical composition (refining analysis) of the strip used for welded pipes shall comply with the provisions of GB423 and GB423 net. The strips listed in Table 4.C, 1 of the welded pipe are made of hot-melt or emulsified steel. With the agreement of the two parties, it can also be made of other grades of austenitic stainless steel strips, Table 4.D. 1

Copper grids shall not be spliced. In order to remove the inner height of the weld, cold pressing (rolling) and other cold processing processes can be used. Austenitic stainless steel welded steel pipes for heat exchangers can also be welded by resistance welding, but the inside must be cleaned. 4.0.3 Other specified welded pipes should be solidified and passivated. If the protective gas is used for heat treatment, the acid purification treatment after heat treatment can be exempted. The recommended heat treatment is shown in Table 4.0.3.
