Test method of seed cotton cleaning machine
1 Subject content and scope of application
JB/T6282.2—92
This standard specifies the test conditions, performance test and production test methods of seed cotton cleaning machine (hereinafter referred to as cleaning machine). This standard applies to the performance test and production test of cleaning machine. 2 Reference standards
GB1103, Cotton (fine-staple cotton)
GB5667 Test methods for agricultural machinery production
GB5748 Method for determination of dust in the air of workplaces 3 Test conditions and preparation
3.1 The test site should be a representative cotton processing area and have the conditions for determination of each test item. 3.2 The test site should have safety and fire protection facilities and good ventilation. 3.3 The test prototype should be installed and debugged according to the requirements of the instruction manual. 3.4 Before the test, the main technical parameters of the test prototype should be measured. The measurement items should be in accordance with Table 1, and the results should be recorded in Table 1.3.5 The raw materials for performance test should meet the requirements of the third or fourth grade seed cotton specified in GB1103, with a moisture content of 8% to 10%. Stones, iron wires and other debris are not allowed in the seed cotton.
3.6 The test instruments, meters and tools are shown in Appendix A (reference parts), and they should all be calibrated and qualified. 4 Performance test
4.1 Test purpose
The purpose of the performance test is to assess whether the performance indicators of the test sample meet the design requirements; to assess whether the quality of the seed cotton after cleaning meets the quality requirements.
4.2 Test requirements
4.2.1 The performance test shall be conducted at least 3 times, each time for at least 1 hour, and at least 2 data of each item shall be measured each time, and the average value shall be taken. 4.2.2 During the test time, the sample shall not be interrupted or adjusted. 4.3 Test content and methods
4.3.1 Noise measurement
Under no-load and load conditions, the sound level meter is placed at several different positions (not less than 4 points) 1m away from the prototype outline and 1.5m from the ground to measure the noise. When the difference between the measuring points is greater than 5dB(A), the logarithmic mean is taken; when it is less than 5dB(A), the arithmetic mean is taken. The results are recorded in Table 2.4.3.2 Bearing temperature rise
Under load conditions, after the prototype has been working for 1h, the temperature is measured at the bearing cover with a point thermometer and the temperature rise is calculated. The results are recorded in Table 2.4.3.3 Determination of air dust content
The determination of air dust content is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB5748 and recorded in Table 4.4.3.4 Determination and calculation of seed cotton processing capacity per unit hour When the seed cotton is fed into the cleaning machine, the feeding amount and feeding time are recorded and calculated according to formula (1). The results are recorded in Table 4. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 10, 1992 and implemented on July 1, 1993
Wherein: G is the amount of cotton seed processed per hour, t/h;
weight of cotton seed fed, g;
feeding time, h,
4.3.5 Determination and calculation of power consumption of 100 kg cotton seed JB/T6282.2—92
While determining the amount of cotton seed processed per hour, determine and calculate the power consumption, calculate according to formula (2), and record the results in Table 2. Da
Where: D is the power consumption per 100 kg seed cotton, kW·h; Na is the power consumption, kW·h
4.3.6 Determination and calculation of trash removal rate
Professional cotton inspectors shall inspect the trash content of seed cotton before and after cleaning according to GB1103, and calculate the trash removal rate according to formula (3). The results are recorded in Table 3
Where: Q is the trash removal rate, %;
is the trash content of seed cotton before cleaning, kg;
Q is the trash content of seed cotton after cleaning, kg
4.3.7 Determination and calculation of stiff cotton removal rate
The cotton inspectors shall pick out stiff cotton from seed cotton before and after cleaning by hand, and calculate according to formula (4). The results are recorded in Table 3.Q-(1-
Where: Q is the cleaning rate, %;
Ga——the amount of stiffness in seed cotton before cleaning, g; Ghj—the amount of stiffness in seed cotton after cleaning, g
5 Production test
5.1 Test purpose
To assess the economical use, reliability, performance stability, adjustment and maintenance convenience, and durability of parts and components of the cleaning machine. 5.2 Test requirements
5.2.1 The test should be equipped with full-time test personnel, and operators should be equipped according to the provisions of the prototype machine instruction manual. 5.2.2 There shall be no less than 2 test prototypes, and the cumulative working time of one of them shall not be less than 100 hours. ·(3)
5.2.3 During the test, three performance measurements shall be carried out, one before, during and after the test. The measurement method shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 4 of this standard
Test content
Production During the production test, each shift should fill in the production diary according to Table 5. 5.3.2 When parts are damaged during the test, the fault conditions and causes should be recorded, and the results should be recorded in Table 6. 5.3.3 Before and after the test, the mass and actual dimensions of the main parts and wearing parts should be measured respectively, and the wear and deformation should be calculated, and the results should be recorded in Table 7.
5.3.4 Time classification
JB/T6282.2—92bzxZ.net
According to the provisions of GB5667, the production test time is classified into: operating time -
Shift time
Non-operating time
5.4 Calculation of main technical and economic indicators
The calculation results of main technical and economic indicators are recorded in Table 8. The seed cotton processing capacity per shift hour is calculated according to formula (5): 5.4.1
