This standard specifies the environmental conditions and severity levels for the use of outdoor and indoor anti-corrosion electric products (hereinafter referred to as anti-corrosion electric products). This standard is applicable to anti-corrosion electric products. In the production, processing and manufacturing sites of chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, light industry, medicine, textile, building materials, electric power, machinery and other industries, where there are corrosive gases, mist or liquid of acid, alkali and salt, dust and other environmental factors such as humidity or high temperature, environmental conditions suitable for anti-corrosion electric products can be proposed according to the severity levels specified in this standard. Note: "Outdoor" means a place without weather protection, which refers to a place without protection against the weather influence to which the product is subjected. "Indoor" means a place with weather protection, which refers to a place where the product can be completely or partially protected from direct weather influence. The use environment conditions in the content of the industry standards of various anti-corrosion electrical products shall comply with the provisions of this standard. Anything not specified in this standard shall be specified by the industry standards of each product.
2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. At the time of publication of the standard, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB/T4796-1984:
Classification of environmental parameters for electrical and electronic products and their severity classification GB/T4797.1-1984 Natural environmental conditions for electrical and electronic products Temperature and humidity GB/T4798.3-1990 Application environmental conditions for electrical and electronic products Fixed use in places with climate protection GB/T4798.4-1990 Application environmental conditions for electrical and electronic products Fixed use in places without climate protection General requirements
3.1 The climate protection types used in this standard shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4797.1. 3.2 When designing anti-corrosion electrical products, it should be noted that the combined effect of two or more environmental parameters will enhance the impact on the product. In particular, the combined effect of high relative humidity and chemically active substances or mechanically active substances is more significant. Attention should also be paid to the impact of other environmental factors (such as heat sources, special production processes, etc.) that appear in certain places. 3.3 If the environmental condition level specified in this standard cannot meet the extreme special environmental conditions, the manufacturer and the user may negotiate and determine the use of other levels specified in GB/T4796.
4 Classification and severity classification of environmental conditions
4.1 Environmental conditions include: climatic conditions (K), special climatic conditions (Z), biological conditions (B), chemical active material conditions (C), JB/T4375-1999
Mechanical active material conditions (S) and mechanical conditions (M), a total of six categories 4.2 Environmental conditions for the use of anti-corrosion electrical products The environmental condition severity level specified is selected from Table 1. The level marked with a higher number usually includes the level marked with a lower number (except for special climatic conditions 2). When using this standard, the environmental condition level with the lowest severity that can meet the product use requirements should be selected. 4.3

A1.13K5L: The conditions of this level are applicable to certain workshops, factories, unattended machine rooms, etc. The above-mentioned places of use generally have no temperature and humidity control, but when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is large, heating devices can be used. The products in use will be affected by sunlight radiation, heat radiation and air flow (wind) condensation, etc., as well as water other than rainfall, but will not be affected by natural precipitation and freezing.
3K5L is the same as 3K5 except that the "high temperature" is limited to 40\u2103. A1.23K6, 3K6L, 3K7: These levels of conditions are applicable to places without temperature and humidity control, which can be directly connected to the outdoors, and the buildings are not airtight, including some types of factory buildings with only openings around the roof. Although the environmental conditions in these places are not outdoor conditions, they are more obviously affected by the outdoor climate. The products in use will be affected by sunlight radiation, heat radiation, air flow, condensation, water and freezing other than rainfall, and will also encounter a small amount of natural precipitation such as rain, snow, and mold brought by the wind. A1.34K1: This level is used for products directly exposed to "warm temperature" and "sub-humid heat" climate types without climate protection (the absolute humidity value is the same as 4K2 to expand the coverage area). Climate protection places.
JB/T43751999
A1.54K3: This level is used for products directly exposed to "cold", "cold temperature", "warm temperature", "dry heat", "sub-humid heat", "humid heat" and "humid heat" climate types without climate protection. A2 Biological environmental conditions
3B2, 4B1: These two levels are used in places where products are exposed to mold growth and animal damage, but there are no termites. A3 Chemically active substances environmental conditions
A3.13C2, 4C2: This level is used in places with a general degree of pollution, where chemically active substances are distributed throughout the area or in towns with heavy traffic. The concentration of chemical gases in the environment is low, but sometimes a pungent odor can be smelled. A3.23C3, 4C3: These two levels are used in places where chemical pollutants exist near industrial production areas or directly in industrial production areas. There are medium concentrations of chemical gases in the environment, and people can often feel the stimulation of chemical substances. A3.33C4, 4C4: These two levels are used in places where high concentrations of chemical pollutants may appear in industrial production areas. Chemical gases in the environment have a strong irritating effect on the human body, and sometimes protective equipment must be worn to work on site. A4 Mechanically Active Substances Environmental Conditions
A4.13S2: This level is used in weather-protected places without anti-sand and dust facilities, but the place is not close to the sand or dust source. A4.23S3: This level is used in weather-protected places close to sand, dust or industrial dust sources or in geographical locations where there is windy sand or dust in the air.
A4.33S4: This level is used in weather-protected places where industrial dust is produced during processing or where the geographical location is in windy sand or dust. A4.44S2: This level is used in weather-protected places in areas with sand, dust or industrial dust sources. A4.54S3: This level is used in weather-protected places close to sand, dust or industrial dust sources or in geographical locations where there is windy sand or dust in the air.
A4.64S4: This level is used in weather-protected places where there is often a high content of sand, dust or industrial dust in the air due to geographical or production conditions.
