This standard is a revision of the B-machine-tillage boat (machine-tillage tractor) test piece method, and has the following technical changes compared with the original standard:
1. Cancel the hot brake test;
2. The 20° parking brake slope is changed to a 20% parking brake slope: 3. Cancel the 4 road test requirement.
This standard replaces JB/T8298-95 from the 100th day of the first month. This standard was issued and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Portable Inspection Machines. 3 Technical requirements

Tractor product reliability assessment
3.1.1 Boat-type tractors should be manufactured in accordance with the production samples and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The parts and components of the boat-type tractors that can be reversed: should be connected as required and should not be loose. 3.1.3 When the boat-type tractor is running and operating, all systems shall not make abnormal noises, oil condensation, water leakage, air leakage: automatic human-machine control is not allowed.
3.1.4 The boat-type tractor shall be built in accordance with the US standard, and the appearance quality and requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6712. The paint of the tractor shall comply with the provisions of JD/5673, and the paint film degradation performance shall not be lower than the V level specified in JB9832.2. 3.1.5 Each shifting mechanism shall be light and flexible, with appropriate load, and the stroke adjustment of each mechanism shall comply with the provisions of the instructions. All automatic return operating parts can automatically change to the original position after the operating force is removed, and non-automatic return operating parts can be stopped in the shifting position. The maximum operating force of each transmission mechanism shall comply with the provisions of [B/59]. 3.1.6 The gearbox shall not have random gears or automatic gear disengagement. 3.1.7 The engine can run stably within the full speed range and can be stopped by the speed control hand or emergency device.
3.1.8 The steering mechanism should ensure smooth steering, and the minimum steering circle radius should meet the requirements of the instruction manual. 3.1.9 The rear output shaft of the boat-type tractor shall comply with the provisions of GB/T592, and the front output shaft seat shall comply with the provisions of GA/T191: the type and installation size of the hydraulic quick-change joint for the hydraulic output shall comply with the requirements of GB/T792. 3.1.10 The installation and operation of the driver's control device of the boat-type tractor shall comply with the provisions of G/T6230. 3.1.1 The traction device of the boat-type tractor shall comply with the provisions of G2780, and the towing device shall comply with the provisions of GBT2779. 3.1.12 The control device of the boat-type tractor shall comply with the provisions of CB/T1593.4. 3.1.13 When the bottle tractor is driving, the front wheel shall not have obvious swinging phenomenon. 3.1.14 Energy-saving tractors: the installed water temperature meter, engine pressure meter, current meter 3.1.15 If the user uses and maintains the tractor according to the instruction manual provided by the manufacturer, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the tractor free of charge if the tractor is damaged or cannot be used properly due to the manufacturer's fault within 9 months from the date of delivery. 3.2 Safety requirements 3.2.1 For a boat-type tractor with a speed of no more than 30km/l, when the brake pedal operating force is greater than (mN, the average deceleration of the service brake shall not be less than 2.5m/%, and the difference in the trailing marks of the left and right wheels shall not be greater than 400mm. 3.2.2 A boat-type tractor shall be able to stop on a 20% slope using the parking brake. 3.2.3 Users should note that the tractor should be equipped with a safety frame or cab. When the tractor is equipped with a safety channel or a safety umbrella, the driver must be equipped with a safety alarm. The requirements must comply with the provisions of JB7325 and B/T8303. 3.2.4 In order to prevent accidents involving drivers and other operators and maintenance personnel, the traffic safety requirements of the tractor should comply with the provisions of GE10395.1 and GB15369.
3.2.5 Safe operation instructions and safety warning signs should be set in obvious places at the parts prone to personal injury and death accidents, and they should comply with the provisions of R10396.
3.2.6 The boat-type tractor for highway transportation must be equipped with headlights, turn signals, flashing warning lights, halogen lamps, and rear reflectors. The requirements are 2||tt ||JB/TB298-1999
It shall comply with the provisions of B12S8, and shall not have an air brake or hydraulic brake device for operating the trailer brake. 3.3 Performance requirements
3.3.1 At the rated engine speed: the maximum power of the power output shaft shall not be less than 5% of the rated speed of the engine. 3.3.2 When the full-load speed characteristic test of the tractor is carried out, the relative value of the rotation from the rated maximum torque point shall not be less than 5.2FSN.3.3.1 The specific fuel consumption under the maximum speed condition shall not be greater than 925! [k·h3.3.4 The ambient noise limit of the tractor and the noise limit at the driver's operating position shall comply with the provisions of 6376. 3.3.5 The engine shall be able to start smoothly when the ambient temperature is not higher than 5%. 3.3. When the high temperature performance test is performed under the condition of 35℃ ambient temperature, the engine cooling temperature should be lower than 100℃. The pressure water pressure should be in accordance with the factory specified value. The oil group temperature, transmission case temperature and engine exhaust temperature should not be higher than the maximum value specified by the factory. 3.3. Product reliability should comply with the provisions of BT51082. 4 Test method ||tt || Test conditions and test methods should comply with the provisions of R/T3871.1~3871.1? and relevant standards. 5 Inspection rules ||tt ||5.1 Factory inspection
5.1! Each tractor after assembly must be tested to control the quality of the tractor, assembly and main cost technical requirements, and adjust the various working machines. The test items should meet the requirements of the product technical conditions. 5.2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of E6294
6 Delivery
! The mother tractor shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped after the certificate of conformity is issued. 6. The tractor must be inspected and tested immediately before it leaves the factory: a) Check the external quality plate to ensure that the external condition of the tractor is good; b) Drain the cooling water and fuel, and cover the exhaust pipe that opens upwards; e) Check and adjust the tire pressure chamber to the specified value; d) The specified lead seal is sealed; c) The sealed battery is dry;
The structure may be damaged. 6.3 Except for special orders approved by the factory, each ship-type pellet machine shipped out of the factory must be equipped with a complete set of equipment, accessories and vehicle tools according to production requirements.
6.4 Along with the registered tractor shipped out of the factory, the manufacturer should provide the following documents: a) Instruction manual; b) Certificate of conformity and warranty certificate; d) List of spare parts, accessories and machine tools; 3) Packing list.
7 Marking, transportation and storage

7.1 The tractor has a label, which should be legible, properly installed, and marked with the following: a) Manufacturer name, address and trademark:

7.2 The tractor should be protected from damage and loss during normal transportation. 7.3 The manufacturer should ensure that the tractor and its spare parts, accessories and accessories are kept in a dry and ventilated warehouse for at least 12 months from the date of manufacture.
