The decarburization layer should be removed before the test; if it is required to be carried out on the bucket tooth body, 1~2mm of the skin must be removed before the test. 4.3.2 The core hardness test shall be carried out on slices taken from the longitudinally symmetrical chamfered surface of the tooth tip body. 4.3.3 The hardness test method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB230 and GB231, and the test results shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. 5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Surface Quality Inspection
The surface quality of bucket teeth shall be inspected visually and with measuring tools. 5.2 Dimensional inspection
The dimensional accuracy of bucket teeth is inspected with a universal measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.05mm. 5.3 Factory inspection
Before leaving the factory, the bucket teeth shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the drawings and the provisions of this standard. Factory inspection items include: Dimensional accuracy: Sampling inspection according to the general inspection level 1 stipulated in GB2828, and the qualified quality level AQL value is not greater than 4.0: a.
Chemical composition: Inspected furnace by furnace: b.||tt| |C | Recheck; d. Surface quality: inspected piece by piece.
5.4 Type test
