Technical requirements for the transfer of marine metal materials
This standard specifies the manufacture of metal materials approved by the classification society, and the manufacture of marine residual materials, as fertilizer! Factory, type and batch number and its length, general provisions for transfer, test difference, or details and production warehouse, test requirements, test report and material confirmation and entry! This standard is used exclusively for the classification of marine metal materials that have been approved by international classification societies. 2 Reference standards
The provisions contained in the following standards are used in conjunction with the provisions of this standard. When this standard is in use, the latest version is valid. 4 The following definitions are used in this standard.
3.1 Approved material group npeoved mr:eria1 Village materials approved by classification societies and inspected by surveyors and with valid original material certificates. 3.2 Transfer of Classification
The ship shall use the materials approved by the classification society to renew the classification certificate or confirm the original certificate. 14 General Provisions
4.1 The marine metal materials for transfer of classification shall be of the corresponding grade and specification approved by the classification society. 4.2 The material supply department shall submit a proposal for the replacement of transfer materials to the technical department, and indicate the material number, specification and number. 4.3 The technical department shall confirm the proposal for the replacement of transfer materials issued by the material supply department, and indicate the replacement of the transfer materials. 4.4 The material supply department shall, according to the requirements of the technical department, collect the batch number and material certificate of the graded materials. 4.5 The factory quality inspection department shall verify the quality certificate and check the physical objects in accordance with the standards of the classification society. 4.6 If necessary, the graded materials shall be tested according to the requirements of the classification society. 4.7 The physical samples shall be used for ship steel. 5 Test entrustment The factory quality inspection department shall fill in the test entrustment form. The entrustment form shall include: the date of the test, the name of the supplier, the batch number of the sample, the test item requirements and the implementation of the classification society or standard. 8 Sampling and sample preparation 1 Sample preparation shall be carried out in accordance with B/2975 and CB3750. If the classification society has special requirements, the sampling should be carried out in accordance with the relevant classification society regulations:
6.2 Sampling should be carried out on-site at the factory where the materials are located. The sampling process should ensure that the society's steel stamp is reversible. The position of the steel stamp on the sample should not affect the test of mechanical properties and other indicators. It can be tensile tested. The position of the steel stamp for tensile test samples, punching test samples, bending test samples and flattening test samples are shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively. 6.4 The test should be based on the experience of the engineer and the ship number is authorized by the ship inspection department! 7 Test requirements
7.1 This instrument
7.1.1 The test instrument shall be verified by the national statutory metrology department and a certificate of conformity shall be issued. 7.1.2 Chain braiding test shall be based on the certificate of conformity! 7.3.1 The test shall be carried out under normal conditions approved by the ship's classification society. 7.3.2 The test shall be carried out under the supervision of the surveyor and in accordance with the relevant standards of the classification rules. 7.4 Records

8 Test report
8.1 The test documents shall be in Chinese, English or Spanish. 8.2 The test report shall be together with the test entrustment form, signed by the tester, reviewer and approver, and verified.

9 Confirmation and storage of transferred materials
9.1 After the factory quality inspection department obtains the transferred materials, it shall obtain the classification society certificate or the material certificate issued by the surveyor. 9.2 Material certificate content:

When the surveyor requires the original classification society saw marks on the material to be removed: The factory material department should handle it. 9.3
